If you're even thinking about going on a ks30 or mission involving other people, goddamn, DO NOT JOIN unless you are positive you won't fucking fall asleep.

Fucking asshole. We did 4 runs with you perfectly. And then you fall asleep. 5th member disbands and now I'm fucking stuck with an unused orb, lying face fucking down in palborough mines. Thanks so fucking much.
 
THATS JUST FUGGED UP MAN. people are in it for themselves most of the time i guess and lack consideration.
 
I had a summoner fall asleep during Promy-Holla once. Inside the Bcnm. Good times.
 
I don't get upset when people fall asleep during parties, as parties tend to drag on and on and on. But missions and BC's really drive me up the wall. I'm sure this was an honest mistake, but it still wasted hours of my time, and 30 minutes of my LS's time to come out and raise us.

Boo Hoo..So someone fell asleep. Get over yourself, shit happens. Hell we just did royal jelly a few times and got a total of like 50k worth of drops. You just have to take the bad with the good and for you to call people out on something like this makes you a very little man. Remember it's just a game. Unless you were planning on selling the gil you would make from selling the good drops.

Two out of six members got fucked. A lot of time was wasted. You would be pissed if this happened to you. I have every right to be angry.

Yes, it's just a game. But this should not be tolerated.

Anyway, not mad anymore. Just the moral of the story is, don't join in on something that requires a group if there's even the possibility you're going to fall asleep.
 
Agreed. A while back Kurenae talked me into paying 100k to have her fight Aquarius for me for my Francisca. After killing placeholders for awhile it pops.... and she is asleep. Someone else claimed, then got killed. I raised them (was RDM), then they left. I finally found a nice Japanese 75 THF/NIN and we duo'd it. Never did get my money back either.

I've had people use their orb for the KS30 and then warp back to Jeuno and logout leaving people with unused orbs...selfishness is rampant these days. Kurenae just fell asleep which is unfortunate but she(he?) didn't plan to fall asleep most likely. I do understand how Pako feels though....

Blazn...you need to type slower and pay attention to each word. A post like this last one will draw Trolls quicker than dollar days at the Piggly Wiggly draws rednecks...sorry...couldn't resist =)

Thanks padington. And I hold no ill-will against Kurenae. I'm sure it wasn't intentional. People just need to be more careful.

Now people warping out after using their orbs... that's just bullshit. Someone would be on my piss list for life for pulling something like that.

I don't know if that is 10K/hr or just was asleep for 10k of the total xp during the party...

how do you fall asleep playing ffxi? unless you have all volume off and are laying down on a bed with no lights on at all I just don't see how it's possible.

That's pretty much where I stand too. To be honest, I don't see why people are so tolerant of KBF in the first place. Yeah, sure, sleep is a necessary evil. But if you can't stay awake, TELL SOMEONE. Better yet, don't sign on for anything unless you're sure you've got the energy to finish it, or in the case of XP parties, that you can last at least 3 hours once you've actually started killing.

That's right... It's just a game. So maybe those who are having a hard time staying awake should go the hell to bed instead of playing it? Just a thought. It may be a wiser choice than wasting the time other people are investing trying to enjoy themselves while conscious. And for the record, just because you get frustrated when someone wastes your time... it doesn't make you a "little man," it makes you human.
 
well sometimes with volume and lights on i fall sleep so sound and lights has nothing to do what about if you really dead tired from work and it just happen
there is no one anyone can do anything about that is it?
