Can anyone vouch for the Hidden Effects?
 
I've never noticed it myself.

What's this "recharge delay" it's talking of reducing? I've never seen it lower the recast on barrage/sharpshot/etc.
 
Do any high level synthed items have hidden effects that impressive? Or at all? I can't think of any off the top of my head.

The only hidden effects I remember seeing are off NM dropped items.
 
Seeing the ingredients, i would be surprised if it DIDNT give more then what meets the eye.
 
I was just curious about it cause I never saw the hidden traits before listed. So i was wondering. Also the hidden traits are onlu on the NQ and not the HQ.. so I was seeing if something was fishy.

Someday when I get my Osode.. I'll do the same. for now I use my Archer's Jupon.

any you guys remember that stupid rumor that the shaman's cloak had a hidden ranged attack trait? :wacko:
