Anyone else here play/watch lacrosse? I know myself and tidy both play. Personally I think its one of the most fast paced and exciting games out there. The NLL which is indoor lacrosse is somewhat like hockey (actually it is hockey but not on ice and with a crosse and ball instead of a stick and puck and theres a shit ton more goals in lacrosse, looks very similar to watch though) but outdoor is sweet. I just finished up my season at high school. Wasn't as hot as last year (12-0-1 last year, 6-7? this year) and we had like 5 games cancled because of snow... in april/may... in minnesota. I know its alot bigger out on the east coast and we got some maryland people here so who else is into lacrosse?

We had this dude take pics of all our games this year, but for w/e reason he only uploaded one game to his website, our first game. Heres a pic of me bringing the ball up and I scored here too (i'm defense so it doesnt happen alot, infact i was the only d to score on my team all year) but he didnt take a pic of the shot.

My team went 9-2 this year. I'm probably gonna play again in the summer after I move out. Training to play middy. haha

Go Cavs!

Back in the day i did. I watch a lot of it now. My sister, who just graduated, was the Captain of the Hopkins womens team. She now works at Under Armor. I love Hopkins, eventhough they are really overrated.

I'm not going to college to play no. The University of Minnesota has a club team and i'm going to college like 10 mins from the UofM so i'll probably join the club team. I'm doing a summer league as well, starts next thursday. I'm also gonna try some mid field. I broker a d pole in half on a kid last year so i cut it down into a middy shaft and am gonna try it out in this summer leauge, see how i do.

George mason, nice school. I know Chris Caputo, one of the basketball coaches there. Great guy. Few RL friends go there too

On topic, I love Lacrosse. However, it's still mostly a east coast and partly canada thing I believe right? It is spreading, I know that. Just unsure of how rapidly. American Pie was a great exposure for the sport back in 99 though lol It really started coming on during the turn of the millenium.

My college actually had a really good lacrosse team. I played with the club team for fun, just played against some of the other local colleges.

Yeah it is catching on here (mid west) and out west as well.

And no tidy it was a Platinum Alloy.

Dude I'm pretty sure most Middle school lacrosse teams in maryland could beat alot of the minnesota high school teams lol.

I just started getting into Lacrosse a few months ago, but its a really fuckin awesome sport to watch. I wish more games were televised.

working at a sports bar i see something of almost any competition there is on TV. Didn't look very interesting to me but that cooks would talk about it when ever it was on.

That first hit is sick, I love doing that to people.

I had probably a good 4-5 quality hits like that this year.
