When you're synced, it shows the sync symbol next to the name in the search screen Brehn
 
I was making the assumption that since they brought the PL, they weren't having problems with getting killed from pulling hate on nukes.

I'm not really going off the full picture, I obviously wasn't there, but my take on RDM at 33 on VT-IT mobs is to 1) cast Dia II, 2) make sure healing is adequate (taken care of by a PL), 3) nuke as MP allows. It's a legitimate role and battle plan for the job. Now the issue in this case is also compounded by some attitudes clashing. In situations like these where there is a disagreement in strategy or philosophy, both sides need to take on a bit of understanding, but it's rather clear here that the tone was nothing but confrontational with both parties feeding in. When you want to make the other guy look like an asshole, it doesn't help your case when you challenge them to PvP, a completely unrelated event which does not demonstrate skill as a support role in any way shape or form.

The other point I'd consider would be what does it say about the state of your DDs when a RDM is constantly pulling hate with C+ elemental skill and Thunder 1 as their top nuke.

If a RDM nukes from the very get go of a fight it isn't hard to gain hate. Think about it, if a THF WS's at the very beginning of a fight, he or she will have hate instead of the tank as well.

his guesses on the levels werent too off *shrugs* blm24, sch24, and rdm36.

my opinion is still a healer should attempt to do some healing even if a PL is present. =/
 
To clarify my earlier post a little.

BLM isn't in a party. Level 12 in Korroloka Tunnel is definitely synced (though is most definitely the sync job seeing that her SCH is now 24) and he says the RDM was synced. No point in trying to prove someone's job levels through the /sea function because you just can't tell. So unless he is actually stalking her through all the zones she's in to know the parties are not synced, its a foolish way to try and prove a point.

However! If her WHM is so awesome why does she not have any of her subs leveled. In my opinion that would have been a better approach. BLM sub not leveled, RDM is just leveling now, no SCH sub, and she just bought a whole bunch of ele spirits on AH (May 5th) so it's an easy step to saying that even SMN isn't leveled. Not trying to criticize the flame, just the method.

And being a mage in a low level party with a PL is horrible. I probably would have been heavy handed on the nukes as well.

This is a very good point. Unless she's whm/nin at all times (which IMO is gimp to begin with), her WHM isn't awesome.
 
For what it's worth, I saw her scholar tonight and can confirm it's in the mid 20's. Isn't Scholar supposed to be the all purpose subjob for White Mage once you hit 75?
 
If you claim to be THAT awesome, you should definitely at least have it leveled, yes.

All purpose sub for any mage, really. That said...mine is 21 and my smn is 75 :P

I agree with cid, the server merge did wonders for PT invites.
 
I'd say yes nuke all you want but nuke with your head lol. When i was doing that kind of stuff I always tried to find the line I should not cross and play within that. It's not hard really, just require some self-control that's all. I did that for both BLM and RDM when I lvled my sj and quite frankly I was doing ok.
 
Well,
I had no interest in posting in this thread until earlier today I met LadyLenne in jueno.
Now that I've heard both sides of the story, I'm only going to say this:
It's their $12.95/mo, let them play the way they want to play.
Even if you give them advice and they don't take it, don't push it any further.
Be the mature one out of the argument and move on.
