Alright. So some of you may know that because of how weird my computer is, it lags in Arrapago Reef and Sky. I've tried everything. I've gotten a new sound card updated drivers, tried configuring sound through DirectX, and nothing has worked. But while doing a cutscene for one of the new missions, I figured out what the problem is.
While I thought it might have been the ambient sounds for whatever reason, it turns out I was way off. During the cutscene, it started playing music for Arrapago Reef. It hit me right then and there. It's the music for both areas that's making me lag. I know it's a rare case, but I have heard of it happening to others (SE knew what I needed to do right away to stop me from lagging (lolnosound)).
So I'm going to find the right sound files and try to change them to something else, or just remove them and see if it'll still work. I'll post what files are causing me trouble when I find them.
