Laggy cutscenes

The gameplay is perfect smooth but the custscenes are laggy as hell. Anyone know why? I'm going to play around with my settings once more to test it out.

ive heard of issues with drivers for video cards that have sound integrated. something to do with creative labs drivers. perhaps that may be it if you have that kind of card?

It's worked perfectly through beta and with my cousin who played on his account on my computer. I'm trying to restart now.

Also I noticed an option for shadows that I didn't see in beta. Perhaps that is new or maybe I am just unobservant. If I missed it in beta, man does it make a difference.
