I think what happened last night to WSM was totally ridiculous. Yeah you all probably will just dismiss this post, or tell me how much he deserved it or something like that.

The obvious things that I can think of, are that is had to have been one of the people, or a friend of one of the people that he posted about recently. Some cool guy decided to be an ass and manage to get into his account and mess it up.

What really made me sad was that everyone decided to jump on the bandwagon. Yes he had a dubious reputation on the boards, but so do other people. Why is it acceptable to post his password out for everyone to use and make obscene posts from his own account when it is WSM? Im sure any one of you would be pretty upset if it happened to you. I felt so horrible about what happened that when I came across WSM in Tahrongi Canyon, I felt I had to apolozie just because I was a part of this community. Honestly, I dont know if that is how he acts the entire time, but he seemed very pleasant. Just another guy.

So forgive me for bringing this subject back up if its supposed to have been dropped, but I'd like to hope next time something like this happens, we can all be a little more civil about it.

Nah man, I totally agree. Like I said when he was asking for assistance on getting his account back up and running, I may not see eye-to-eye with him on things, but just because he can be a jackass doesnt mean his stuff should get hacked. I mean really..It could've been anyones account that had been hacked. Its not funny. Even he didnt deserve that.
 
Well, I contacted Wolfskymoon, he's looking into who was messing with his account, I noticed nothing really different in the IP ranges, which leads me to believe it was just some friend messing around, but I really can't say.

I had the account deactivated and contacted him via e-mail, he responded saying everything was fixed, so I changed his password into something new and hopefully once he logs back in he'll change it into something better for him to remember.

I missed some of the earlier posts since they were deleted quickly, so I thank all the mods on these boards for quickly shooting them down.

EDIT: Damn, if people did log into his account from these boards, I need to look into that also, I won't tolerate that, I'll do some more investigating later tonight.
 
LOL, wow, digging more into this, I'm already starting to find out which users logged into his account, hmm, I'm gonna go play some FFXI and drink, hopefully if anyone reads this and knows they logged into Wolfskymoons account should admit it now, because while I won't ban you for it, I do want an explanation for this, LOL, one of the users makes me laugh, simply because they defend Wolf and apparently then log in with his name, dunno what to make of that.... :?

I'll admit it, I did log onto his account once. However I didn't say any stupid stuff, all I did was say "Lol wow it really does work!" and logged back off.

either way I do apologize for it.

But seriously, who ever did change his password, thats pretty low -_-. If you don't like him, then just keep it to yourself and leave him alone. I'm quite tired of people judging others by their first impression here..
