Lasyt night in Jeuno

Was anyone around to hear all that terrible spamming in lower jeuno last night. A GM ended up coming and i blisted some annoying kid. Seriously its called /tell chat. It was some of the worst spam ive ever seen.

I wasn't there at the moment, but my husband was. It was actually Yomiku who ended up calling the GM, heh. She can tell you more about it than I can, I mostly was just getting secondhand accounts. From what I understand though, it was mostly intelligent conversation along the lines of "OMG ALL JAPS ARE RACIST AND FAGGOTS" going on. -_-

Yeah I heard bits a pieces runing back and forth to do supply quests. I think the guy that was shouting was Vang or something like that.

He was shouting constant stuff about japs, and faggots, and how we're all dumbasses for kissing up to the japanese players cause they all hate us.

I, being the wellmannered mentor that I am, shouted

"Please refrain from cussing over /shout, and using /shout for anything that's not of importance"

he continued, shouting back at me.

I said once more...

"Please do not shout and take this to /tell, I have to warn you, some overreacting person might just call a GM"

Of course, as I was saying that, I was in the process of calling a GM.

The best part about this is, I was the 5th or 6th person to report him. By the time the GM got to me, he'd already been jailed.

I walked back into Jeuno after getting level 40 again, and someone said...

"You know, Vang kind of had a point..."

and I said my best line of the evening...

"It's one thing to have a point, but it's a completely different one to express it correctly"

half of Jeuno shouted "That's so true" or "You've got a point"

Oh, heh, the GM did get to me eventually, and I think I might have scared him.

He did the whole intro thing and asked me what was the problem, and I think I won the polite and proper english contest. /laugh.

But, yeah. Vang was a total asshat, and he got what he deserved.

I know Japanese players prefer to play with Japanese players, but there's a couple reasons.

One is that they all speak and type Japanese, so it's easier for them to communicate. The other reason is because of idiots like that guy shouting. The Japanese have had this game for much longer than we have. So they're more skilled, and it's idiots like that guy who give us a bad reputation. I've had a lot of JP parties, I really don't know where all of this "JP HATE ALL NA" is coming from. I have NEVER EVER been told "JP only" if I invited a Japanese player, and I've been invited to plenty of good JP only parties (well, JP ony except for me that is)

Why? Probably because I use the auto-translater, try to speak a little romanji, and respect them. /shrug.

Or maybe they just invite me because my name seems Japanese.
