Can we just leave it that he can't tell the time so he thinks he was on time but was late? This answer solves everything bar the mysterious dissapearance of the crown jewels, but hey no theory is perfect.
Besides why is this going on? I mean even IF Uzor is just lying about you being late all those times (which i really doubt) then you still were wanted kicked for some other reason by most of the ls. You were either late like he says or something about your skills or personality was found lacking, choose which you like best.
