all those 75 jobs and 43 merits? completely lame. the gear sucks too. :( who levels all those jobs but then doesn't take the time to get merits to enhance them, or buy any gear thats worth anything?

I don't think he actually sold it for 1,500... It was on another site when I went snooping around a few days ago by the same seller who also has a bunch of other Quetz accounts.
 
He actually sold it for that much... I don't know who would pay that much for a damn character but w/e some people are just made of cash.
 
What a HORRIBLE account. It has absolutely nothing to justify paying $200 much less $1500. All of the ALL-CAPS ITEMS in the item list are super easy to get and the merits are super-lol. The only reason it's worth maybe $200 at the most is just the time saved in having 10 jobs already levelled up, and that's really debatable considering how easy it is to level these days. Waste of money.

Okay now see this account? That's one I'd actually understand someone spending money on. Aegis, Kaiser Schaller, full Valor set, tons of Heca+1, Black Belt, a few -1 kaiser pieces just waiting for abj, nice selection of weapons, Lamia Mantle+1, 12mil gil laying around, etc.

I just IMed the guy who has it and asked, why would someone just sell their account without saying goodbye to friends or whatever? Especially someone who has been playing so long.
 
Aw but thats whats so beutiful about our economy. You sell stuff for what people will pay for it, and i guess having 10 jobs already lvled is high in demand over the gear. After all, for gil sellers to obtain elite gear is not that hard, but to lvl a job takes a lot longer, and they can make a lot more money by not having to lvl a job. Supply and demand my friends. I think its totally worth that much to a gil seller.

To anyone that has done this: about how long does it take to level 4 jobs to 75? I'd ask for an estimate in hours, then to find out how much money per hour was made doing that.

Sure, it's just spending money, but damn. I doubt that it's probably way below the poverty line ;-)

You need ~800,000exp to get one job to 75, so that x4 = 3,200,000 exp total
I think a good estimate of average exp/hr to 75 would be anywhere from 4-10k, unless you TP burn or something to 75, so ~320-800 hours. That's just a ballpark estimate though, might have done some math wrong; it's late.

He stopped in Vent and said goodbye to some people. The idea was to say goodbye on Friday but the new guy may have it by then. I also think he posted on his ls forums.

EDIT: FYI its 10 jobs at 75 so your math is off... its about 8,000,000 EXP which is around 1500 hours I'd say in parties leveling.
