Lazy Ass WHM

The WHM Union is watching, be careful with what you say. Names get added to the list thru the years. When you shout for a teleport, they go over the list. When you are lying dead somewhere and a WHM looks like he is taking too long to pop his <Raise III> macro, yes... he is looking at the list.

Well...well

Doughboy has beaten Mr. Motley today

Oh, also? Stop casting enfeebling magic without warning me first. While watching resist after resist populate the chat log is hilarious, it can get to be a little tedious after a while. I've got it taken care of ... really, I do. I'd call it a waste of your MP, if it wasn't for the fact that you've got a glut of the damn stuff. What's more, in the off-chance that you'll actually land one, and prevent me from casting my more potent version of the debuff ... we've basically got a gimped effect on the mob, and I've got to wait for it to (inevitably) wear off gimp-early to reapply. If you want to work up your enfeebling skill, use Dia 1. It's never resisted, and doesn't get it in the way of anything. Thank you.

Sorry to get back on topic, and I agree with most of this statement but a whm's slow and para *IF* they land it doesnt mean its a gimped version. Rdms have told me that they load up in MND and use the min amount of enf. skill gear to just barely land it to make it as potent as possible (Using errant body over AF body). So for slow its new_mob_delay = (0.002 * MND + 1.1368 ) * old_mob_delay¹, no where is skill a factor when it lands. Im sure the number of para procs follow a similar formula. So depending on who has more MND will apply a more potent debuff. However, i do understand that a rdm would have more room for MND gear, but whms naturally have higher MND - so it depends on the player and their gear. Btw, I play both RDM and WHM (69 and 75).

If that is true, it could explain why so many rdms have mixed opinions on the Tier II merits. (i.e. liking para II because it procs more often, while others say para I procs more often.)

Adding this because I don't want to make another dumb flame but...

Don't invite Ittybitysumoner(WHM). I made this great party ran all they way out to Mamool because no runic portal use and right when we get there he says: {Away} {Long time}. I'm like your kidding me right? Party said he went to eat dinner. Been 45mins and he still isn't back so we disbanded.

Total piece of shit thing to do. So theres your warning.

WHM Duties

When I get a party in the Mire, I count my blessings. Finally got up to 70 WHM. I try to haste, but never talk to the RDM about it when there is one. Guess that makes me lazy. I try to cure any of the status ailments, but also have to contend with the /WHM. I guess I am a lazy WHM cuz I don't communicate with the /WHM's in the party. For that, I am sorry. :nyam:

Pretty much the same thing happens when I am out there with my 69 RDM. I do try to haste/heal/refresh and that is quite a job! WHM is almost a vacation compared to playing RDM.
