As for lizzy, i'm pretty sure its the same spawn area, just a longer spawn time. I'd say changed from 1-3 hours to 2-3 hours, but thats only from like 2-3 camps of lizzy. If you are lvl 25, just camp on the rock, sub rng, have flee macro'd, and have some darts in your throwing. Just keep widescan > look for lizzy > Target > Flee > /ra. It's all yours.

Ive camped Lizzy twice since the update. Ive noticed that the spawn area seems to have widened considerably. Last time I was there, she spawned well on the otherside of the road that winds around Lizzies rock.
 
I' ve camped lizzy alot before update and a considerable amount after update and haven't noticed any significant changes..or at all really.
