Here is what happened:

Yesterday morning, party in Bibiki Bay (after checking 3 other overcrowded camps that was the only option left). No refresher in the party (we have been looking for one for hours). After only 40 minutes exping our first whm leaves the party. I find a rep for whm, Leepha is the name. In a chain reaction most of the party members start leaving, some without saying a word. I find more reps: Landstar, Vandoura, Woie. So after about one hour sending invites and getting everyone there we have full party again. In the meantime the whm had been asking for a refresher all the time. I tried to find one but no luck.
We finally start exping again, Landstar was pulling. The pull rate was absolutely normal, clearly on the edge of mp as we had no refresher, but no one got even close to dieing as we had 2 tanks, 1 PLD and me (NIN) dding and tanking now and then. After only 15 mins of exping, during an mp rest break Landstar asks the whm: "Is 200 mp ok to pull?"
The whm goes: "Yes if you want to wipe." We LOL to that and he goes:
"Actually I think im leaving" O.o
He stands up, cheers and warps!!! While we were all like WTF?!?
I then start arguing with this guy in tells, telling him thats not the way to behave in a party, as the puller had just been nice and asked for permission to pull... He tells me he has been playing for 5 years (he was jap but spoke good English) and that he knows "these DD" they never listen.

Well 5 years he learned nothing of manners. Id rather not party than invite him again... I think he should go play BST... Or just be honest and say he doesn't want to party with no refresher instead of making up stupid excuses...

I find it impresive he has been playing for 5 years! The game came out in Japan April 2003! He must have been playing beta for a year.
 
I know leepha other char, he is very nice guy as long as i have known him. Probably a bad day at the work or something. >_>

Side note: He has 75 BST ^^b

I exp'd with him on my bard, he was with our static. No complaints what so ever, seemed cheerful and very nice.

stuff i block off is /tells, and unrelated to an event that was going on.

Leepha is a good WHM overall, but i guess he/she wasn't in a good mood that day, so idk...

Simple explanation, he's using the Kinkkerbelle Calendar where 1 year really equals abou 4-6 months.

He warps out when he knows he should'nt, defiance. = Taking Control

i pted with him in Cn he was rdm and i was thf he plays two accounts at once! very nice player! i am sorry this had to happen to you!!!!

Landstar is one hella of a puller! he wanted me to tank for him tonight but i was doing 2-5 cop(Won yay)

What was the XP/hr rate?

Lately, trying to level my BLM has been hell. All these parties without refresh have been neting around 3000xp only.

I've also partied with this WHM she was very nice.

I once joined a party that had a SMN healing a PLD and me nuking on my BLM with NO refresh. Sure, I have cookies, they do help, but not in a situation like that.

Also when you as a BLM are doing the most damage, thus sinking your mp, becuase they is no refresh, untlimately being no dispel (unless of course there's a bluemage.) This sucks for mobs like Crawlers where they use cacoon over and over.

On a side note, what I've noticed leveling up lately in ToAU is that people think it's ok to TP burn at these levels. For some mobs it is. For Crawlers, it isn't. Don't build a TP burn PT and invite me as BLM because I can do "Damage" You'll find out that cacoon is short handing you while im over here dumping my MP like it's going out of style stressing to get chain4.

And seriously people, there are other places to PT this levle other than Bibiki Bay and ToAU area...
