I picked up a used copy last night. I haven't played this game in forever, but Legend of Dragoon was an awesome game.

Anybody know if there was ever a sequel? I doubt it, but you never know.

None that I know about, plus never heard of any talks of making a sequel, but who knows, it could be a killer app for the PS3 if it was announced.

I loved LoD, and I wish Sony would do a sequel.
There's been rumours swirling around a possible sequel for ages now, but nothing has come of it.
I'd love one myself.

This was a fun game, and the story and music was really interesting. The only thing I didn't like about the game was the little xp you could receive, and the fact that it was split amongst your characters making it take fooooooorever to lvl up. But aside from that, it was fun.

Now if only my brothers would return the game so I could play it again -_-

And yeah, haven't ever heard anything about a sequel.

Yeah, that was brutal.

<3'd game, i demand a sequel. GIMME!

I don't know...I never had to "train" in this game for xp. There was always enough of it for me to keep up with everything. If anything i trained to master additions on characters I didn't often use.

Great Game btw

The additions system may still very well be my favorite battle system in an RPG ever. Great, great, great game. Rumors of a sequel ran around forever, but nothing ever came of it.

We can always hope though, right?

Yeah was a great game. The exp from the bosses was usually enough to keep you to par with the story on top of the little bit of exp you do get from the dungeon you were in before hand. Only thing I regret not doing was the fighting the ghost divine dragon when he's at his full strength and that wingling that didn't take any damage (still never figured out how to hurt him). Believe he was related to the last boss in some way too. Great game though. been so long since I've played.

LoD was a fun game but it aways had a "power rangers" type feel too it

ITS MORPHIN TIME!! FIRE DRAGOON POWER!!

OH Noes we needz our Zords! Fire Dragon Zord :P

Oh man this game was amazing. :o I loved the storyline, the music, virtually anything about the game. lol Well, cept for the last boss...he was kinda a pain. There were rumors that sony was going to make an LoD 2 for Ps2 when it came out...but they never got anywhere. =( I was really hoping for a sequel cause this game was just amazing.

I loved that game too. My favourite character got killed off too soon though :/ Atleast he had a replacement. I like the fact that you actually had to concentrate while fighting. That and you knew when you'd get into fights because of the arrow colour lol.

It was good, but the graphics were kinda sucky. The CG scenes were amazing though. And the dude that replaces Lavitz was way too fast with combos, I couldn't ever cap his out. And did anyone even bother using that bitch, Shana?

I never used Meru or the chick that took over (with the bow - damn she sucked). Rose ended up biting too. I used Albert, Dart and the purple monk dude. And I LOVED how fast Albert attacked. Spear was definitely my favourite weapon.

They should've had additions for the 2 bow people...it was lame how they didn't.

I capped everyone out in the law city, but my main party was Dart, Rose, and Kongol

LOVED this game, I played it so much, and also played it to pass time waiting for the Wii. But didnt play it once I got it (not because I play wii, Ive just been too occupied in ffxi)

Ive played it a total of 4 times so far (was on my 5th waiting for Wii) The character combo I was using the last time was Dart, Haschel and Meru. Meru is very powerful, if you build her up, lol.

Albert failed 9 ways from sideways. especially compared to Lavitz. like, uberfailure. Played the game start to finish more than a few times, enjoyed using Dart Rose Meru or Dart, Haschel, Meru most. Tried using albert and kongol and they work op. i just found albert's character, voice and notbeinglavitz-ishness too annoying to handle. kongols additions were never that great.

Meru was good for healing and solid damage, Haschel was pure damage, Rose was crazy damage from start to finish and astral blade for damage/healing was nice. her powerful additions and hard fast damage made rose a fav, i hardly used haschel till my 5th or 6th play through. only chars i never had ANY love for was albert and the white dragoon people. they ALL sucked. no addition my ass.

they were awesome healers though, going 2-3 even 4 times before the enemy got to go

Really? Because I've played it 5 times and Albert was always awesome for me. Kongol was too slow and Meru just annoyed me.
