That company would make it good if they went over to Nintendo and begged them to let them turn this MMORPG into a real Zelda property.

For Nintendo it would be tempting, because they have the engine/interface already.

ps. But they would have to change Maleficent (like Westyle pointed lol).
 
I kept pressing for info about this and I was basically told that the Zelda MMORG will --

'retain the fun and puzzles of the zelda series while introducing co-operative online elements'

'focus on gaming elements more than grinding... its meant for teenagers and adults that dont have 90+ hours to spend playing but will feature hundreds of hours of inital world content'

'offer offline content that will be playable on the DS'

I think Nintendo has those exact lines as a "What to say if asked about Zelda MMO" lol It was basically verbatim what I was told when I asked about it. Maybe it's just because I am bottom of the barrel Nintendo though lol
 
wouldn't be suprised if they used the Wind Waker storyline a bit for an MMORPG. It would make a lotta sense. Zelda MMORPG.. hmmmm... that'd be just too weird for me. Although the idea does catch my interest. So does that mean they'll be coming out with a Wii Keyboard or Headset?

I often thought about that myself. That would be pretty sweet. I was a pokemon dork back in 99 and some of 2000 but I pretty much grew out of it now. But if they had an MMO of it I'd have to check it out. Espically since I used to love the gameboy games.
 
Man, if it plays like a regular zelda game (press A to swing instead of waiting for your char to swing) Its gonna be so awesome.

Idk if thats a good thing.... play socom for a day and youll know what i mean.
 
I don't think Nintendo will come out with a headset for the Wii.

Reason being: Nintendo is a family company, which would mean one of their best selling series of games (Zelda durrr) would be aimed at a "family enviroment". Obviously the older crowd would be drawn to this game as well and the kids that would be playing would probably hear "fuck, shit, and damn it" every ten seconds they are playing. Nintendo would not want to expose that enviroment to everyone so that's probably why they won't come out with a headset for the Wii.

That's just my opinion though. =\
