Find the Moogle in any town.
Talk to the mog and you will get a free letter egg, you can also give the mog a colored egg or a soft boiled egg (possibly any egg) to receive an additional letter egg. You can receive the free one and the additional one once per day.
First collect the three letter eggs that correspond to the first three letters of your name, in my case S C U. Hand them to the mog.
Next you have the choice to collect for a 1%HP VIT+1 ammo slot item, or a !%MP VIT+1 ammo slot item. For the 1%MP VIT+1 item collect 7 letter eggs of one kind (I used 7x N). For the 1%HP VIT+1 item collect 8 letter eggs in a row that start with the first letter of your name, in my case it would have been S T U V W X Y Z.
If you have a name that starts with Z (or so) then it rolls over, like Z A B C D E F G.

Remember the lucky egg rewards are rare and ex flagged and can not be traded. In addition you can only wear one at a time. You will also get a colored drop with your 7 letter turn in.
The drops are one time use spells that can be used at level 1. Different color drops mean different spells, don't have a list yet.
