Level cap will never be raised!!

Why does it matter anyway you know SE can just modify so you can't get <insertuberability> from sub like drg call wyren(sp) <Hello!>

No point of raising lv cap since SE can raise the levels of abilities or make them not available as a sub /shrug

/end rant

That's not really the point. It would make characters stonger as a whole. 5 lvls is a LOT of more skills and stats.

Give Kirin and the other hnms 20 or so more levels, its the logical thing to do, didn't mention since SE would do it anyways or should.

That's not really a solution, now is it? What would be the point of raising the lvl cap if you would just raise the level of current HNM's/gods along with it?

the only reason left to raise the lvl cap then would be so you can exp grind for another 5 lvls. But that doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun.

In all honesty, only reason you'd raise the lvl cap would be so that you could get stronger. But if you raise the lvl of the current HNM's/gods, then you immediatly lose the reason to raise the lvl cap, as you no longer do it so that you can become stronger.

I mean, sure, you'll be stronger then the normal exp mobs, but that's not what you want. Its atleast not what I want. And if they don't raise the lvl of the current HNM's and gods, then they suddenly become boring as they'll be too easy to do (not saying they are hard atm, they're not. They're actually all rather easy). So then we have to ask us once again, what IS the reason for a raised lvl cap? I'm sure its not so you can exp for another 5 lvls.

Make tougher HNMs and allow alliances to have 36 people not 18. Adjust the AI on mobs so they are more unique every time you fight them and then we might find the game less boring.

That's not a reason to raise the lvl cap though :P

I don't think there's a need to raise the level cap. I think they should continue to expand Merits. With Merits, no longer is every level X in job Y the same. I like the idea of tailoring my character's growth to suit the things I do in the game. I think a fully merited character is pretty close to level 80 for all intents and purposes - definitely 77+.

Those are the lines that I'm thinking along, I don't see much of a point of raising lvs, it just doesn't really seem to be a reason why players need to be stronger...but then again I miss some of the finer details
