I giggled a bit when I saw that. Then I saw the "retired" tag. It's a new update that allows us to take 75, 75, 43, 28, 66, 67 and all level cap down to the lowest guy "28". You can even wear your 75 gear if you were 75 pre sync but the scaled-down stats are still lacking.

I LOLed a little but yeah i noticed u retired Romper XD. Its awesomesauce but as duffman said, they messed up on the scaling of the gear. Hopefully theyll update and fix this sometime soon. It still doesnt guarantee pt invites tho =/

It doesn't guarantee them but it makes them a hell of a lot more likely to happen. I think I seeked on my samurai for a total of 8 minutes the three times I leveled it this week. Normally at lowbie levels you need to have friends staticing with you if you want to make it worthwhile and not just sit around for hours on end seeking. It used to happen to me all the time where the only other person the same level as you is also the same job, lol.

They get exp points or merit points too. So you can party with lower level friends and still be getting points toward merits.

Now paladins can finally get a party at 70+. The experience doesn't scale right? This makes me want to take my brothers account.

No exp isnt scaled down because everyone in the pt is synced to the person who is of lowest level (granted you sync down to the person). But yeah i think this somewhat breathed a little bit of new life into the game ^^

I'm hoping. I've been on 4-2 so long that I forgot all about it; until I got a robot spam mailer on Invictus Dynamis's forums. Title "...something about 4-2...". Yeah it's been awhile. I'm leveling BLM hoping that helps. That and sync.

You'd have to go on your Samurai so you could use your level 75 SAM gear so you don't have to buy gear for BLM unless your BLM is near the level cap of course.

Yes, your exp caps still stay the same, but you still get exp as if you were fighting IT or VT mobs (granted thats what they are to the lvl synced person). But yea, maybe we should make a new thread about this >.>
