Life is hard, love is painful, and Lies is common. I live this threw all this in my life... I cant trust no one, I can't love no one cuz i'll be hurt, and nothing worest then living by yourself and not have no body in your side. I been living in a shadow where i can't be hurt. I know it is stupid to do this, because i been hurting myself more. But I been done soo much that it became so common. I dont need hug nor a kiss... I am writing this because for all those people who been hurted, to not give up.....

I was in a that wanted to die... FOR ALL OF YOU GUYS THAT HAVE THEIR MOMS AND DADS, be happy. Treasure them, kiss them for they have been with you for your rest of your childhood. Some people are not lucky enough to have it.

I dont know why i am writing this, just that i been hurt. I dont want to explain.... Love sucks ass, when you live by yourself it just soo lonely, and you just wish you can trust them and think there are not lieing but next thing you know there are backstabbers. I hate this painful world. But we must live and deal with it. And find that person to make you happy.... but your chances is limited. But you cant stop trying. Sorry that i am writing this nonsense letter. At this point i am drunk.... Please forgive me...

hehe..

"For what reason do I exist and live? I thought of myself as.. no, I "had" to think of myself as...And I realized that that was the hardest thing one can feel. The feeling that you are not needed by anyone in this world.

The pain of being totally alone is completely out of this world..."

hehe.. I do understand what you are saying though.. being alone is tough but at least having people in your life somewhat is better than being totally alone.. *shrugs* ah well.. life's tough.. who said it'd be easy though?

That is just the greatest advice that anyone could ever give anyone else: "Don't give up. Never, ever, ever give up." It works, it really does.

If you can't stand, hate, or believe in love, then believe in hope. That's what motivates us as human beings to go on. You hope that your situation will get better, you hope that tomorrow will be a better day, you hope to continue on, etc.

I know it sounds sappy, but have hope. Don't give up, and never do. Tell yourself that, Darkfalcon. I mean it.

You have nothing to be sorry for for making this topic.

Just wish I was better with words.

oh man I am drunk too mang. Anyway, it's hard to deal with things like that. I wish things could go back to the past, life was so much better than where I'm at now... Love does suck, especially when you're a victim of being cheated on, and I guess it's more of a common thing in my life. You can't trust people around you, nor spouse... If I could go back to the past and make them right I would, but we all gotta learn lessons once in a while.

Sorry life dealt you a shitty hand Dark but there's always tomorrow. You never know what the future holds. Don't give up hope. Try not to get too jaded. If you stop letting love in you might miss out on a great opportunity. Be cautious but open. And remember, you are never alone.

Haven't played that in about 4 years, any quotes or similiarities are purely unintentional

Well something here on QCDN made me feel better was Celvantes quote in his sig from Miguel de Celvantes

"A hero scorned by the world and adorned with bruises used the last of his strength to achieve his goal and the world was better because of it."

That is something I'll keep in my mind forever, since my rl is pretty bad and i have a lot of work to do

Life is hard and is constantly giving you a new obsticle. It's difficult to overcome every hurdle that rests upon the path that you follow in life. If you no longer have your parents, I can understand that. Growing up, I felt alone too. I stood out with my friends, playing sports, playing music. Dedicated myself to obtaining what I hoped to be close to perfection. My parents are alive, but I don't talk to them much at all. Haven't since about 9th grade; we're just either too alike or too different. In the end, it's best to find something to offset the struggles you endure in life. For the longest time, that was my work. Which, might I point out, wears you out. Now I dedicate my life to just finding something to make myself happy. I enjoy work, sales is a fun job and the people and work atmosphere that I'm in are great. I go to the gym and love it. I play FFXI and enjoy it until some elitist bastard annoys me to no end. At the end of the day, you have to be able to close your eyes and sleep with a smile on your face. That smile that's left is your hope for tomorrow. If you stay optimistic and work towards changing your tomorrow every day; eventually you'll find that place that you can end each day with a smile. All it takes to see a person's soul is a smile after all. It bridges gaps, changes relationships, changes attitudes and opinions. So work hard to make tomorrow a better day, do good things in your life to others, and karma will take of you until then. And try to smile, too. It feels great to make someone else smile just by smiling yourself. ^.^

All I can say is....just don't give up and never stop hoping.

Life and love can be amazing and yet there is always a possibility
that you may/will get hurt. We are humans and unfortunately,
it is hard to live by just oneself alone.
To live alone may not give you any stress that may be given to you by others such as friends, family, co-workers, and lovers.
But then there is going to be a void that you would feel because
there is no one by your side...
It may be something that people go through at one point in life.

A double-edged sword in my opinion...

To love, to live life gives room to be happy as well as to get hurt
whether we like it or not.
To talk to others, to laugh with friends, to have arguments,
to learn things...all are essential to our inner growth.
Even though it may hurt, believe it or not it is a lesson learned.
But the happiness we get from loving, while it may be short and brief or whether it last long is still priceless. (in my opinion at least)
You were happy at one point, right?

To trust others is sort of handing a person a part of your heart.
What the person does with it is up to them.
Whether they cherish it or break it...
If they cherish you for who you are surely they will take care of the trust between you two.
If they decide to just throw it away...well I know it is going to be painful when you do find out.
If that does happen then you made the wrong choice in trusting that person; sad as that may sound.
But there are millions of people in this world; it's not the end of the world.

You just can't say "I can't trust anyone anymore." if you don't trust them first.
It's easy to put the blame on someone else...
You have to earn their trust as well as have them earn yours.
(I suppose that may be the hard part.)

But humans by nature I think are pretty adaptable.
Even though people may get hurt...eventually they move on.
They move on because they realize that dwelling in the past won't really solve anything.
To say it hurts to love, to live is understandable.
And maybe it will be for a while. But you know what?
Maybe you weren't ready to love another or maybe the time was just bad.
I know I had times where I felt like I don't nor would I love another but in the end I was hurting myself.
Time goes on and I'm sure things will get better for you like it did for me.

To dwell in the past does nothing...and it may be easy to stay that way.
Still you'd probably still be hurting.
But there is always tomorrow...there's always tomorrow to drop all that, to start moving on, to be happy.

The world is going to stay that way for you if you only "see" it that way.
It may be painful, yes.
It may be a horrible place to live.
People may turn their backs on you when you need them most.
I can go on...but.

This world is only going to get better for you if you make something out of it.
I don't know if it's my place to say this...but from doing these I haven't gotten hurt as much.

Choose wisely who you think can be your friends. Find someone that would make you happy from the inside.
Don't choose a person to be your significant other because of their looks or their financial stability or assets.
Choose him/her because of who they are and because they make you happy.
Sometimes the person you were looking for may have been near you
all this time and you never knew it.
Find people that let you "grow." I don't mean "grow" as in physically.
I mean as in emotionally, spiritually(not pertaining to religion).
Smile and laugh more often even if its only for a few seconds.
Even if times get hard...smile.
And last of all...

Never give up or lose hope. In the end, I do believe that all good things comes to those who wait.

I really don't know if I made any sense at all in typing this because I
basically typed it off the top of my head.
But in a sense I do wish it does help someone.

Forgive my long post...after reading the opening thread I had to get this off of my chest.

I hear ya Darkfalcon... Life definitely is not easy but thats what makes it inspiring at the same time. Love is a shitty thing when it goes that way but Love is a 2 sided coin where one side is either good times or the other is just straight shitty. You should not feel lonely as well because all it is just your attachment to that person though that attachment and love must have been great and everyone should feel that way. All you have to do is whenever you get lonely is actually climb on top of a hill with a clear view and look out and see everyone else in their hustle and bustle throught the daily dredges of existence and see that you are surrounded by a mass of other people out there. It's what I do when I get down. You can never be lonely if you have a family and a great group of friends. Anyways good luck Darkfalcon and just keep rolling with the punches!

Thank you all for writing.... Many of you guys touch my heart. It good that this days we have good people as your selfs, taking the time and write such beautiful poetry ( i like to call it ) that makes me feel strong again. Again Thank you

I went through some really tough times a couple years back. It's something that will probably affect me the rest of my life.

At the time, I couldn't believe things would ever get better. I wasn't even capable of feeling hope. The only thing I could do was to grit my teeth and bear each painful day. I could only survive. Many times I wasn't sure if I wanted to survive but I kept living anyway.

Looking back on that now, I feel very grateful that I was able to pull through. I don't regret surviving. I honestly, truly don't.

It hurts me to see people struggle like I did. I wish I could bear it for you, but all I can do is cheer you on.

Keep surviving. Just keep at it. The pain can't last forever and when it has passed you will be thankful you didn't give up.

/salute

Man, I'm sorry that life has dealt you a volatile hand too. But something I learned is that you gotta take that hand, and use it as best as you can. You have to work with what your dealt with, and if you are optimistic about it, it may come out just alright.

"If at first you don't succeed, try and try again." If you fall down, you have your friends and family to catch you. If they are not there to catch you though, then slamming into the ground will be painful, but seeing how you seem to be a kind person, you should be able to get right back up and face life head on.

A friend told me once that fate cannot be predicted, but is inevitable. But then fate can be controlled, and do as you please. You, my friend, can make your own decisions. Control your life, and control your self, because you must protect all that is close and dear to you.

Mark Twain once said at the end of quote, "And in 20 years, you will regret the things you didn't do, rather than the things you did do." So, if you can put out your arm, and just take life head on, instead of falling back to safety, then you already have accomplished what many people cannot bring up themselves to do.

My cousin, and a few friends have tried the path of suicide. A few got what they pleased, and ended it all. If you haven't realized this yet, is that your family, and everyone around you, will be utterly affected by the decision of suicide. Dark, I've read several of your posts in other threads. Now, not assuming that you are not blunt and mean, I believe you to be a kind hearted person. A person who doesn't want to hurt people.

The way you stated to everyone saying to cherish your family and friends, is a big bingo to my point. You, and everyone else, play a key puzzle piece, to this giant jigsaw we call the world.

Without you, the world would change. Without everyone, the world would change. But with people similar to you is assumptions, this world could improve from the grasps that have overtaken it in the past 50 or so years.

Stay hopeful my friend.

Just remember, you must always believe in yourself. You must follow your judgements and opinions. You must help keep this world together for the better of all people. Because you have to also remember that whereever you may be confused, crumbled, and sprawled across the ground, trembling in what may be your greatest fear...

There is always a way out. A way where you will finally realize that your hope, your ambitions, your faith in yourself, is all that you will ever need to keep yourself up, and optimistic about yourself, and the world today.

Stay safe, and I truly hope that your life improves. None of us want to see people tremble and crumble to what may be their final plummit.

darkfalcon stay strong and when you least expect it things will seem a little bit brighter, that will be jesus shining down on you :) just dont close the shades.
