How does a person unlock BRD (or any job, for that matter) without already having picked up at least the original 3 gate crystals? It's like the 400-pound gorilla in the room that nobody's talking about.

Altepa gate crystal bud...But I seriously had all of the crystals before I hit 40 on my 1st advanced job.
