I find that it's the little things that piss me off. It's the things that people don't get called out on, think they're "doing it right," and repeat.

Like have you ever been watching a movie, and a friend(or a friend of a friend who came along) starts saying some actress is ugly. This is an actress who you realize is actually a quite beautiful woman. She just happens to be standing next to another actress who is a fucking supermodel. To make matters worse, the guy who says this is usually fat, dirty looking and generally ugly. This is the guy who tells you that tale about the girl he talks to occasionally, and that girl he could have banged once if things were different. The guy that is pretty much desperate for any female contact. He sits there talking shit about this woman because she's too "____" whatever flaw he finds with her. Then if you say, as I usually do, "I'd bang her," he gives us a line how he wouldn't.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm not some saint. I might mention it to people if a girl is truly repulsive. I'm talking about 300 pound whales with facial hair. Not women on TV who look like perfectly normal people. The kind of person you'd find walking around the mall or supermarket and think she's pretty there...

Jesus Christ though, women are insecure. There's no reason to say good looking women are ugly. I realize that a fat, ugly virgin is insecure himself. He may think telling people he can do better than some actress makes him look more successful. To me it just feels like he's saying, "Oh god I wish she'd fuck me, but she wouldn't, so fuck her, she's not the prettiest girl either."

I don't know. I've seen this behavior various times with several guys. So you people probably have seen it(or done it) yourselves. It just annoys me. Now I call people out on it, because I believe everyone picks up on it, but nobody says anything.

It's just one of those social rules that people don't always pick up on. Basically, don't claim you'd only fuck supermodels if you're fairly unattractive yourself. You're just telling everyone you're a virgin.

So many other unwritten rules I've seen broken lately too.

If you don't have pot and the person you're with does. By all means if he smokes, he's probably going to smoke you up too. Don't repeatedly press the issue of smoking. Sharing is great, but the owner of the pot is the guy who chooses WHEN the smoking happens, if at all. People usually want to smoke with others, not alone. So if he's not mentioning it, maybe he doesn't want to get high, or wants to save his weed for something important.

Don't offer help on something important if you can't follow through. My friend can't start his car. His friend offered to fix his car, saying he knows what's wrong and it's an easy fix. A week after he said he'd do it, he still hasn't looked at it. My friend is walking to work in December now, and without the bad help offer, his car could have been professionally fixed already.

- People who talk about subjects as if they were a subject matter expert, with no real prior education, experience, or even rudimentary research into the matter. i.e. if you are going to talk about airplanes like the Air Force's recently-cancelled F/A-22 Raptor, do not try and say that they take off and land on aircraft carriers. You're fooling yourself, and looking foolish by saying so.

- People who feel the need to say "you know what you should do?" - I have a friend who told me certain...modifications "I should do" to my car - MY CAR, my nearly pristine condition '91 Dodge Stealth. This guy drives in a shit-tastic 1990 Chevrolet Beretta. Don't fucking tell me I should "take those stupid-looking caps off my hood and replace them with some 'real hood scoops'". They're there for a purpose, not to make my car look "fake badass".

Fire, you don't even know how many of these I have. I was going to write a book called "You Know What I Hate?" once. I'll post more later.

I agree 100% with you fire. Every time I hear some guy rag on a woman that's decent or pretty, they have a horse face. It really doesn't make much sense, I guess it is lacking self esteem.

And also agree on the weed topic. But it's not only that. I hate the people that don't have a job or are too cheap to buy fine bud. But always want to hang around me, smoke MY good weed, and in return smoke me up with this dirty ass swag. I had a friend that I would smoke up a lot, I didn't mind, and was usually the one to offer anyway. But what drove me nuts was he would tell me he's gunna smoke me up after or before work sometimes etc. So I would drop by, and he'd literally have a half of a hit left in his pipe with no additional weed... Don't ask me to come smoke if there is nothing to smoke.

I have a tendency to to comment when I find a girl extra attractive, not when she's not attractive. There is, of course, exceptions. One being when I'm with girls, I'll comment on how someone doesn't look good. Maybe I'm wrong, but women like to talk about how other women look bad, so I'm thinking that by commenting that someone doesn't look good, it makes the girl(s) I'm with feel better.

Anyway, something that annoys me greatly is people that act like they are the center of the world. If, for example, a mom with a baby transport make a quick stop on a huge pavement in order to fix something with the baby, or to pick something up etc, when someone walks right towards her, and then say with an extremely rude voice "Are you fucking stupid? People are fucking walking here. You can't fucking stop here you retard", simply because they are too lazy to take take a step right to walk around her. This goes for plenty of various situations, not only moms with baby transporters. It annoys me so greatly that I have a tendency to pick a fight with said person, simply because he, or she, is rude without a reason, and is of the opinion that the entire world should move out of their way.

Uzor that's a risky move you're playing. If you're going to rag on a woman in front of women, absolutely do it carefully. Never call her generally unattractive, because it's entirely possible one of the women you're with, if it's true or not, considers herself generally uglier than the woman you're talking about. If there's something clear cut that she has worse than the women you're with, you can do it. Like she's noticeably fatter or she has a real fugly face or something. Just acting like this random decent looking girl is below acceptable standards is a BAD MOVE. Women do not want to be around guys that make them feel self conscious. Making them feel pretty is as important as them finding you attractive(if not MORE SO).

It also really depends on their intelligence level and esteem levels. You don't want something they can analyze and take as a personal insult. Some women are REALLY smart and will pull out deeper meaning from casual comments. So just be honest and don't put on any fronts. Your fronts analyzed by an intelligent woman can lead backwards to make you look horrible.

You won't even know what you did to fuck up, or that you fucked up at all. She will just no longer want to hang out with you. You will, in your head say "women are flaky!" as you have no idea what you said to make her lose interest. You will learn nothing from your mistake as she'll never tell you what you did, fearing it will become a really unpleasant conversation.

I know that, I usually only comment on it if the girl herself mention something first, unless there's something that is obvious, like said girl looking like a fat pig.

And its not a front I put up, I talk to my colleagues a lot about everything, and as such, I've learned to notice small things like them changing their hair etc, and I make a habit of always commenting when they buy new clothes. Its random gossip they like talking about.

Besides, most of the time I do that its to female friends, not women I'm dating or interested in :3

Perhaps a woman would comment here on how she expects to be treated by plutonic friends but I suspect most would say if the guy says things that make them feel less attractive, they will avoid being around that guy. It's not a sexual or a romantic thing. Self esteem is just about being happy and it can come from anyone. The trick is it needs to be natural and honest, not forced and awkward.

Don't buy it too if one of your friends acts like she doesn't care. That's almost always a front. If they called you ugly, you'd be hurt.

It's funny how flattered girls get when you notice a change they made. Like a hair cut or new style, new shoes, make up, etc. When really most guys don't notice. The only thing I always notice is hair, cause I care about my hair lol, so I notice it on others.

You'd be pretty stupid if you called one of your female friends ugly :3 As I said, I've learned to comment when they change something about their appearance, buy new clothes, or overall look good in a certain outfit, they appreciate that. Of course someone will get hurt if you call them ugly, but just because a girl has low-selfesteem, that doesn't automatically mean she feels hurt if you comment on how another girl's nose looks weird, or if a girl's boob job is really badly done, or if she had an ugly outfit.

I mean, if you go out shopping with a girl, and she asks you how something looks, if you tell her you don't like the outfit, that doesn't mean she'll automatically get hurt because she liked it. Its the same if you comment on how another girl looks, even if it so happens that one of your female friends like something about how she looks, that doesn't mean she automatically takes it as an insult, especially if she knows you appreciate how she (the friend) looks.

Although perhaps I'm in a somewhat unique situation, Iunno. 2 of my female friends have really good self-esteem and doesn't even see a need to wear make up, a lot I've known since my childhood, and the rest have good self-esteem.

Besides, I've always got the feeling that when a girl is jealous of someone, they tend to talk shit about said person, so why not comment on how all other girls look better than her and point out her flaws?

Of course you can't be tactless and comment on how some girl looks fat if you're with a girl who's insecure about her weight. If you do something like that you're just stupid and deserve the slap you're gonna get. Same if you comment on how some girl has a huge nose if the girl has complex about the size of her nose. Those things you can find out about a girl without asking her, so those are subjects that's easy enough to avoid anyway.
