Lol>Berndmax

Wow, I lol'ed a tad when I saw the name Berndmax in the title.
I met this guy back when I was a lvl WAR7/Nothing many moons ago.
Aside from the fact that he would say "I gotta go" and D/C right in the middle of escorting me through a higher level zone, he was OK personality wise. I had no idea about the mental issues though, He was able to not have it transfer through in his chat at all.
Not once did ever think he was a bit off.

I read earlier up someone mentioned that he plays like every 8 months / weeks or so, I would just keep that in mind for anyone in the future when his name pops up in your party window after you've been waiting hours for an available tank.
 
I've been in Reverence for a long time and i've known Bern for a while. I'll go ahead and say that he can be annoying at times. But who does'nt get on someone's nerves sometime or another? Bern would not have said anything mean to anyone in that party, Had they not said something mean to him first. If you had asked him why his gear sucks he would have told you he doesnt have any gil, and because he doesnt play very often he wants to have fun when he can play which means he isnt wasting his time farming.

Also something relevant to me is the fact that you never know what problems someone might be dealing with. Why flip out on someone for something as small as bad gear? That is'nt a big deal. I have seen plenty of people, Mostly Paladin's do a very good job tanking with crappy gear. So his gear should be of no concern to any of you, Its his decision. He pays for that account, Noone else does. So aside from his gear not being good (Which means nothing) If he was tanking poorly, You should have asked him if he would accept advice from you on how to tank, and maybe you did. But if you get fed up and impatient with trying to get him to understand, Which caused you to yell at him. Then that is why you guys had problems.

I guess the point im trying to make is that the next time you flip out on someone and then you're going to feel bad after you find out they are mentally handicapped. How about you just dont say anything. He did'nt deserve that and with the problems he already has he really should'nt have to put up with other people's crap. Just because everyone fights does'nt mean he should have to. The last thing i have to say... I garuntee 100% if any of you found him on the game and were nice to him, and apologized for being shitheads (No offense, But seriously.. Can you deny that that's how you treated him?) he would befriend you and he would apologize in return for the things he said. Those are my thoughts on the subject, I hope at least 1 of you understands the point im trying to make, At least then i wont feel like my time was wasted.
