Seriously do you even read? Someone said the account didn't have sellable gear, Blazn quoted that and mentioned the relic sword and shield. I was merely pointing out that they are'n sellable.

i think first offense will give you a warning and depend how much your bidding and stuff, but i think if you repeatly fauding people on ebay, you can be on the FBI listed on their site...

The problem is, that its not legal to be selling the account in the first place...so you really won't be seeing any federal cases about it, either way.
 
There is a legal way to do it, selling account that is. But not many people use the correct way to do it.
 
So, since the person didn't pay, is the seller out of luck?
