More than one person playing the account probably. One during the day, one during the night, or whatever. Not that hard if you have a static that literally goes all day long every day.

Those two level 75 BLU probably have next to no magic and severely gimped blue magic skill, though.

What's the point when you don't even have AF?

The only reason they can power level to 75 is because they don't have to spend hours killing coffer key mobs, doing some crappy quest to find the hidden ??? in some godforsaken hell hole of a place infested with aggressive mobs. That's the real fun part.

AF is usually phazed out by 75, unless it's an extremely awesome piece. Such as WAR AF Boots.

I think that's more personal preference. Latent +3% Haste vs. Always +5% Double Attack. Take your pick.

I vote for the latter. Guarunteed 5% double attack is awsome. Latent +3% Haste? Eh, not as much worth it.

It brings us back to that issue of the DRK sword that has +3% Chance of Triple Attack. 3%...woohoo?

unicorn leggings have 10 more defense, 18 more hp, 3 more str... the only thing the feet on the AF have going are the double attack proc.

Contrary to popular belief, Fighter's Calligae offer 1-2% increase in DA, not the 5% that was typically believed. I'd pull up the thread wherein this was tested, but everything's blocked at work. Actually I might be testing this myself in the near future just for shits and giggles, but there was definitive proof that the +da was fairly minimal.

I still would pick the AF over Uni boots though... personal preference. I've had them boots on so long I forget what my legs look like; it would feel unnatural to wear anything else.
