I don't play fantasy football.
You see with football, or basketball or any other sport card for that matter, there's no game you use the cards to play, you just collect the cards, and then you're done.

Although i haven't actually seen it before if i had to guess i would expect that that is a custom stock on an automatic weapon of some kind and the different terms have to do with what position the gun's saftey is in.

What i expect it means is below
Parlay = saftey for other pirates means that the guns saftey is on
Arrgh = im gonna hurt you a little bit but im still under control or semi-auto for a gun
Plunder = all out massacre or fully automatic for the gun

If i am right... that is the most awesome weapon ever
