Cmdr, I guess that's a point, about Circle Blade that is.
That's strange, if that's the case... the worst part is, it's hard to prove any of this stuff conclusively.
Maybe a THF/WAR could do a few tests with Circle Blade? That would probably help - seeing more variance in the damage; maybe if the percents match up we can say conclusively if it's DA/TA... but a TA proc on Circle Blade would show up prettly clearly compared to a crit or DA.
