Funny you should say that when more than half of the shell knows HMK screwed that up. He turned into Watchyourstep, never showed up to shit and then got shitty when I called him out on it. Just so happens players like you think being a softass leader who nevers shows to shit is better than one who was at almost EVERYTHING and practically taking lead from HMK. Sorry I couldn't motivate more than 10 people at best a day to go to Fafnir but that's how it goes when you deal with social gamers.

We promised you guys HNMs and I hated our leaders (who i fucking started the shell with btw) even more everyday when we they were not encouraging people to go level useful jobs or go camp. I told people HNMs, they didnt get HNMs, I called out the leader on this, he goes emo, breaks everyone's shell one night so we all wake up to no pearl, and now you and maybe 2 others whine about it.

People in Rise didn't like to camp anything. It is the downfall of most endgame shells. They start in sky, then the casual gamers quit after getting their gear, leaving a small group who continue on and recruit and start over in sky with new players who end up quitting.

This is why only like 5 shells have successfully moved out of sky into HNMs. Kaizen, OH, Pers, and probably a couple I forgot. People get fed up just doing sky and now try to join one of the established shells.

There is a ridiculously long list of players who have ditched their sky LS for an LS like those mentioned because there isn't a large enough core of players in their old LS that is willing to spend the time to do more.

The difference is, Black Belt is a big deal. Thief's Knife isn't. I don't think I said otherwise. The other difference is that you put emphasis on virtually nothing(lolllllll +1% increases,) where as I just plain do not care about actively getting a Black Belt anymore, nor have I for about a year and a half. If I get it, woo. If not, it wouldn't bother me. I mean, if I were so hardcore in to getting it, I'd just use the gil I'm not using to buy the items from shells.

I joined Element for Sea, using HNMs for points and extra gil.
