I confirm OH cheats left and rights, I have seen ALL their officers and more [Fire excluded actually] use speed hack at one point or another: Sea jailers, Kirin, Bahamut, you name it.
Hell I've even witnessed it outside of shell yesterday, when one of them speed-hacked her way to Jorm camp right in front of me (invisible, thinking noone would know maybe).

(good job on the CFH on Jorm at ~60% btw)

I'm ashamed I was once part of what has become a pitiful noob shell which cannot do anything without cheating anymore (>.<)

It was funny watching Prophecy Flee-Kite the Jailer of Prudence. This is no false claim, I just can't reveal how I was able to watch this fight without sea access. I was there the entire time. I want to see you try to deny this.

It was actually my first time even being inside Sea, very nice looking place if you ask me - those shark type mobs are fuckin cool LOL =) =) =)

Lie, i've been to sky at the same rate as before for more than 6months after I got my osode (april to december). This includes Proph's hiatus x 2 for god knows how long = not a lot of sky. Remember? I lead sky farming on a few occasions during the fall even.

I even have the excel files of drops and so on, since i was keeping tracks for the LS, wanna see it? If I remember, your attendance was crapy by the way, I can post my numbers and show you didn't show up that much.

I LEFT OH because Deathchild was a bad leader (proph had left for like 2 mo), you didn't kick me. Proph begged me to come back to fight Jorm and I agreed asking that I did not want to be bothered with sky ANYMORE, but i'd agree to do sea... but sea was never at the right time. After that Uzor had an argument with Kireek about how you guyz never waited for him to fight jailers. I insisted that it wasn't fair you guyz waited for some people and not others, but it turned out the people you waited for had the speed hack and uzor didn't... so you really didn't need Uzor, that was the root of the problem.

Get your facts straight, I understand you're biased and u're trying to prove I'm a liar or whatever. After all I attack a shell you're an officer of.

People will judge who is the liar, let them. Prophecy not denying it (i.e. admitting it) in this very thread probably proves my point better than anything else.

We farm sea when we have the available people to do so and it doesn't conflict with an LS event. Very often that just so happened to be late at night NA time. Often we farmed with fewer people early in our morning when you were on. Never once did you come and join us.

As far as sky is concerned, never once have I skipped sky to do my own thing. As of this school semester on Tuesday and Thursday I'm at school during our regular farming time, and money I have to leave early for a night class. If anything that's been affecting my attendance.

As far as my Kirin sentiment, all we have to do is examine the chain of Osodes dropped.

Well that's 2 osode drops, that's what I'm going off of, it's possible that's as many as 5 at the most 6 Kirins.

While it's true my attendence has gone down(from when it was basically 100% attendence for months) due to conflicts with my class schedule, I still remained committed that my LS is the most important thing when I'm online and an event is underway.

Kalendor didn't like DC as leader. This was understandable as DC is a cool guy but he's not patient enough to properly lead.

The problem was, DC didn't want to be leader. There was no internal power struggle or drama about who would take control, nobody wanted the job. People asked DC to do it because he was an older member, very skilled and on often enough. There are of course more things it takes a good leader to lead, but DC never claimed to have them or want to be leader.

Making decisions causes a lot of drama that most people wouldn't enjoy being a part of. Just a testament of the fact is our curse of the sky points system.

Whereas someone finishes with sky, decides since they are no longer bias, and disagreed with the previous that held them back, they'd like to count sky points.and run the gil distribution. This task became practice after we grew sick of the stupid rumors that the gil was not all accounted for, so the person had the task of making all our records open so nobody could complain.

Of course that just made the complaining increase, cause now the validity of every claim to a person near getting an item was open for debate. e.g. "I should get next, the line goes this way, that guy is 2 levels lower than me, ext, ext, ext." As opposed to the old system where Prophecy decided who got the item next, almost nobody complained and there was almost no bickering.

Of course all the drama got directed at one guy, whoever ran the points.

Hence that job was cursed. Stouter, Ithenas yourself all having taken it on and all resulting in leaving the linkshell and being on fairly bad terms.

So yeah, I don't see how you can hold it against DC, afterall he didn't really want to lead anything.

That's the fun thing about rumors. You can't disprove them, because, well, they're rumors!

You can sure as hell deny them though, and I have yet to see a single person deny the speed hack accusation. So far the closest I've seen is Prophecy saying JDA hacked first.

I'm still trying to figure out how to plug my Game Genie into the USB port, then I'll have unlimited lives and 9,999 hp and mp!

- I've not been able to attend much since my baby's birth yet I've been up for 6hours against Jorm and Vrtra at the end of january.

OH has gone from good to very sad in a matter of a month.
We started doing Jailer in december (maybe january). It was fun for the simple fact that we were 10 tops up there poping jailers we didn't know jackshit about. But we prevailed!
At that time, Proph was a god to me. I don't know anyone else that would suffer so many R1 w/o flinching. During one Dynamis-Bastok, he was a real beast, a berserker, pulling himself tens of mobs to camp, tanking weakened, pushing all of us dynamis noobs to the edge of human capability.

And then came the speedhack frenzy.
Kirin : speedhack
Jailers : speedhack while we got them down with 10ppl, they were speedhacking as Dowzer stated.
Bahamut : speedhacking... want a vid of that? I can post it when I get home.
ZM17 : speedhacking... I guess some of you were VERY eager to put their hands on those shiny new lil earrings!

This was just so sad, I gave up showing (+ the fact that my baby needs attention, the fact that millions of gils vanished in the breakup, that hours of sky farming points in february were never credited, etc...).

Damn, OH has some incredible players and yet they cheat like 4th grades with a game genie!

Cheat all you want but don't come in here bragging about victories, that's terribly sad.

Post Christmas the server(well all servers) got totally fucked up, that's the reason for the lack of gil distibution. No gil or items vanished, but there was a slump.

As far as points, there was no formal person after Kalendor to count them so it's basically been a question of, if you want to be sure you get points, take a screenshot and post it in the sky section. It's really very simple, always take screenshots or right up a list and you'll never get gipped. Unfortunately sometimes nobody remembered, but the only people that can be blamed for that are the ones who came, knowing the situation.

The only blame I'd take is for not voicing enough my disgust about this cheating. The only time I said something was against Jailer of CantRemeber/the Squid Jailer when I said I'd no longer support that and would log out if anyone happened to permaflee.
No seriously, what were you all thinking? 3 of our ppl were permafleeing/kiting the jailor right in the middle of Al'Teiu.

You're done with the game? You don't want to play it anymore and leave with a bang? You want to be remembered like that?

As far as speedhacks I'll say this. I don't suspiciously watch my members for that activity, but at the same time I can't claim no member has ever used a 3rd party program being as i'm not all seeing-all knowing and don't wish to make a liar out of myself. I'm sure most linkshells at the time have someone who used a cheat, or bought gil and they never knew about it. Therefore I can say so-and-so linkshell cheats, and then when someone denies it produce a screenshot.

Any mob we've ever killed we've been able to kill without any 3rd party programs. Hacks are never needed, you can seperate any mob from any mob with use of a well executed suicide pull.

If you witness any cheating, go ahead and report to a GM. That's really the best I can give you. I can only hope if you see any cheating in JDA *cough* you'll do the same. My morals are strong and I've committed to make sure my LS never does anything that negatively affects any other LS, for example robbing, mpking, using claim bots or 3rd party programs to increase chances of claiming - as well we've been trying to keep up good relations as possible with other competitive LS, from letting people have ??? without us competiting to teaming up with other LS for mutual benefit.

I don't know what to say other than that we're trying to avoid conflict, avoid drama and pretty much either work cooperatively with others or mind our own business - a trait I think many other linkshells would do well to follow.

You've always been the honey tongue one, Fire. I admire that, really.

It's virtuous of you to say that if hacking there was, it was never done for a bad purpose (steal, mpk, claim) but it the meantime hacking so we could win against Kirin is still for a bad purpose. Getting items worth millions in an illegit way is screwing the economy and therefore people who play by the rules.

I'm sure OH is done with that sort of activities since there've been some temp and perma bans and losing most of its officers would bleed OH to death.

I think what most of the ppl are looking for (besides stupid drama) is to know you put a stop to that rampaging hacking if not atonement.

I just have to add a comment about this. We were 9 people, and 9 people getting KB from 20 to 2 or w/e % in less then 3 min is not a that bad.

And while I'd never use hacks myself (besides Windower, if that's even counted as a hack in that way), I won't bug others about using hacks. I'm not their parents, and if they want to use hacks, fine. Just don't force me to do it.

And also, I can guarantee you that atleast 1 person in every HNM LS use a hack. Hell, did you know that the most famous LS server-wide (read; Order of the blue gartr) openly admits to using hacks? I don't see everyone hating them.

While botting is moraly wrong, there are "justifying" reasons just like with everything else in life. There is a rather known figure of speech that I'm sure all of you have heard of, namely "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth". Meaning if you hurt me, I sure as hell will hurt you back.

You should be glad that everyone in every LS don't use claim hacks (as far as I know I don't know anyone using hacks to claim thigns on this server as of yet) because the situation is out of controll on a lot of the other servers. Its even become so bad that claiming a HNM is a competition between everyone in the zone to see who have the latest and best claim bot.

And in all honesty, if everyone in all other LS's use claim bots, do you want to be the only LS not using it and waste 3 hours of your life every day? We can just that doesn't become the situation on Quetzy.

And about speed bots, while I don't actively try to find people who use speed bots in OH, and thus don't know (nor care) who use them. But I can guarantee you that anything we do as a LS we can easily do without speed hacks.
