You don't get sent to Jail by a GM just cause they are they have nothing beter to do, no they send you cause in one form or the other said person broke the ToS and therefore must pay. If the GM did do it cause he felt like it then why not call up and complain to customer service? Just cause they are GMs does not mean they are there to abuse their power.
 
I don't have to have anything on you, geek. The GM will check you nonetheless. The person he caught wasn't even on the list I gave him.
