Long time player, new to server~

Heyas!

I'm not all sure what to write here, but my main character is Iliriya. I'm a Midgard refugee of the merge, having played there since the first day of NA retail release! Prior home to that was Cactuar (now Atomos), as a NA beta tester. I am fairly friendly and easy going, although I do have a tendency to swear a little and have a slightly weird and quirky sense of humor. I'm looking forward to the pros of a higher population, and hopefully the cons won't be too bad! So far I've been pleasantly surprised at how nice Quez people have been...even if a lot of Mid people have been a bit douchey.

I guess a few things about me in game? Although I have played forever, I'm not really hardcore. I enjoy having fun and the social aspect over 'beating' the game or having the most uber char. lol. I'm an elvaan female, currently of Windurst although I am rank 10 in my home town of Sandy. My allegiance in the past is Bastok? I know, what? I joined it with a friend, although Bastok didn't do too well on Mid. XD I have BLM75, DRK75, and RDM75, and I'm a silly bonecrafter. Bone 99+3 with moglification, leather 61+1, and cooking 60+2, amongst other crafts. I also have a cooking 74+1 taru mule. I'm a proud PUP lover! I love my PUP, but have lacked the time and inventory space to keep leveling it the last few months. Also don't let my crafting or levels fool you. I lack any real concept of making money in the game. LOL. I also tend to have really bad luck. ;;

Not sure what else to say, although my favorite thing about the merge so far: Not having to wait for the Kupopowers to show up completely to zone into my MH when I warp back to windy woods! Dunno why it wouldn't let you move on Mid.. annoyed me at first! :chocobo:

Yes... hopefully the nice people of quetz won't hold all Midgard people responsible for the actions of a few of us. Realize that SE's unbelievably unfair way of handling this situation has caused a lot of people from my old server a good bit of grief. That's certainly no excuse for them to be taking anything out on the players of Quetz, as you guys had nothing to do with it, were also given no choice, and now have to deal with a bunch of new people upsetting your balance. I'm only offering it as a probable cause of some players' less than stellar attitudes as of late.

I think it is a cause, and I agree it isn't the fault of the players on Quez. I have to admit that the merge has caused some grief for myself as well, but there isn't much anyone can do about it except accept the situation and move on. lol ^^
