Longest Thread EVAR!!!

Ok Ok i give in, i havent been on lately, but ill keep up with the forums...

Im TAing in school right now... were in a lockdown and idk why
 
So I was reading online today and apparently they decided to remove Pluto's status of a planet in our solar system. Just last week though, they wanted to add 3 more bodies to the solar system, uping it to 12. Now it's going to be 8 planets, with 4 dwarf planets in our solar system. Not sure if this is interesting to anyone else, but I enjoy astronomy.

Aris! Just wondering what island in Hawaii do you live on? Took a trip there on Maui and it was fun, the flight though sucked because the airports were hectic.
 
1 Pluto year is 248 Earth years.

I live in Oahu, where Honolulu and Waikiki are at.
 
The closer i get to leaving HI, the more i get sick just thinking about it. /sigh

Your leaving HI? ; ; Why? But I can probably guess from the stuff I heard when I was there. The cost of living there is high. =/

Well cost of living has nothing to do with it, its more that i have been away from my family w/o visiting for the last 5 years man. I got so home sick in the past month, its why i heading back, ill be back here again in march/april


I am a platano AKA Dominican...you know...those salsa dancing hot latinos? yea im one of them.

I have tons of Filipino friends here, you guys are really close to family so you can understand my home sickness
 
lol nice, yeah. We have a big family, and everyone knows everyone in a Filipino community. But it sucks you feel home sick. You never really get over it tho, you start craving the family food, and the fun times.
