Looking for some old games?

Last night while I was at work thumbing through the newspaper, I came across an article that I found interesting. It was describing a website where you can play old video games that are out of print. Games such as Pacman, Burgertime, Golden Axe, Sonic the Hedgehog, Lockinchase, Tomb Raider and many more. Sounded cool too me cause I miss the old Intellivision and Atari games from when I grew up around. Its not a pirateing site and you do pay like 14.95 a month for the service. I am not sure if you can actually download the games and keep them and cancel your membership at a later date.

I pulled up the site and see games I want too play but I can't get the link too work where you click on too sign up for membership. Anyways thought I would post my findings in case anyone was inetested in these games.

Not to mention theres 0 nintendo games, Revolution's Uber Backwards-compatability is cooler. Well prices havent been anounced but it shouldn't be too bad.

Never heard of it until now and then went on a google search. Also read more on that site and found you don't get too download and keep the games. Don't think I'll be joining it lol.

If nintendo wasn't around to make all those innovative new games and systems, who would everyone else copy?

I will always be loyal too Nintendo. Super Mario Brothers, Zelda, and Metroid games always make me drool. Except for Paper Mario and those recent Mario games. I really have a hard time seeing Nintendo going out. Sony kinda see that but not Nintendo. They have too many memorable characters and games. They are kinda like Disney in the gameing world.

Just because Nintendo din't push to be mainstream doesn't meen there washed up.

ex. Buggati has made some of the coolest cars ever, but theyre not the biggest car company. Volkswagan made some of the cheapest cars ever and now owns several other auto companies including Buggati.

Nintendo has made my favorite games, and they still did with the GC and DS, there hardly done. They just dont make economy bullshit

gamin today is going online. i think nintendo waited too long to get into it. the only ones that will buy nintendo are the diehards. it will be hard to get new people to try it when theres more of a market with sony and microsoft. its not ig-nant its an opinion.
