Losing Confidence

[Amnathyr]

Im a L8 and cannot seem to Lvl up it takes me hours to find a party that actually knows what they are doing
and i have 3 more Levels till i get a new scythe
anyone know where i can Lvl up in windy?

[java]

kill things in sarutabaruta, take a chance and venture into the outer horoto ruins,

you should NOT be partying till 10-11

[Kurgon]

I would suggest finding a wtm that is your lvl and venture out and kill stuff. A two person party will make okay exp. but the resulting lack of downtime due to the fact that the wtm can heal your wounds will make the lvls fly by.

[j]

whats your job? and why are u stickign with scyth? my guess is your a war, if so go with a great sword rather than a scyth

[Sculli]

Scyth looks cooler though!!!

Anyway, solo easy stuff, quick kills, some loot, and some xp, it's really not that hard.

[OniTatsujin]

or just pay some higher lvl whm or rdm to pwr level you to 10

She's right, you know. Last Spring, in my Creative Writing class, I had TWO Amnathyr's in the classroom, TWO!

Not a big deal... just another name like Jane. ^^

[Sculli]

what the heck is up with everyone thinkin im a guy!!!!!

MMO 101: Every player is assumed to be male in real life, unless proven otherwise.

That way you don't run into situations where a hairy, overweight, truckdriver named Earl is trying to marry you and make you his bitch.

[Amnathyr]

I should have gone with a name thats obvious like Mary or my real name

[OniTatsujin]

sorry Amnathyr, i usually put he/she when i am uncertain ^^ sorry, my mistake

ive also never heard of Amnathyr before, so sue me

[Amnathyr]

its okay i just get a bit tense no worries hakuna matata!!!!!

It's so true.... 90% of mithra are males. and 40% taru / hume / elvaan F are ....yet again Males!

[Tyrion]

Everyone on the internet has a penis until proven otherwise.

Also, if SE had put male mithra into the game, I would've played one.

Unfortunately 95% of the players of FFXI are guys. But I would like to give a special shout out to all of the ladies who play the game. Because of them this game isn’t quite such a HUGE sausage party. I wish more women played but unfortunately it tends to be rather male dominated.
