I would also say Ted because, you seem like the type of person that makes friends easily. If you don't know many people in the LS when you start, you'll grow to like them as time goes on. After a while you'll have the same amout onf friend in either LS you pick and then it comes down to Bill which is a bit sketchy, or Ted which seems like a well oiled machine.
