DS Lufia The Lands Cursed By The Gods

Where the hell was Dekar!? He was the best character ever in the old Lufia games. But then again I suppose it doesn't matter since I won't touch anything on a DS.
 
Man, one of my fondest memories was of playing and beating Lufia 2 on the SNES.

But I have to say, as interesting as this game looks the gameplay is not Lufia. Looks like you only control one character in battles and they're real time. I am not pleased. I think I'll pass on this game. It's definitely not Lufia as far as I'm concerned.

Never realized the games were labed Estpolis in Japan. Wonder how they hell they got Lufia from that. Still, this isn't the same kind of rpg I know Lufia to be, so no thanks.
 
It's a re-imaging of Lufia, by the same people who worked on the originals for the SNES.

I'll give the game a chance, the Action battle system does look interesting, and you can swap to any of the characters on the fly and use their moves/abilities/etc.
