LV75 PLD <Found It> at #B01 .....

level cap failures usually due to severe lag happen on occasion. this seems to be a search failure to recognize the capping judging by his hp/mp... also happens though far more often... i think SE fixed the glitches in capping shortly after a 75 blm got loose in mandragora madness bcnm40 a long long time ago

The search failure thing doesn't actually prevent the capping, it just displays your real level when someone does a search of the area. It happens a lot in areas with BCs.
 
I've seen this happen in capped area when someone has and was raised. Regardless of what their party/area search said, they could not equip any gear higher than the cap.
 
when someone just get raised their lvl jumps back to the regular one, and then 1 sec later you get capped again. This is probably why it says 75.

You have no level cap when you die in level cap area. So the pld was probubly dead and not raised yet.
