M-ATX help

I am going to be building a new lan party system, and I want to know of the best M-ATX mobo out there... Im looking for something that supports S-ATA, intel processor, supports 2Gigs or more of Ram...and heres the big choice for video PCI-E or AGP.... I'm thinking I want the fastest possible so PCI-E

So yea to sum it up a M-ATX mobo with Intel socket,SATA 2G+Ram and PCI-E

Any leads/help/links would be great!

Wouldn't choosing the Micro ATX route limit your choices in terms of preformance?

and yes a M-atx could limit the system, thats why I want to know the best of the best M-atx to see if I can build a decently hardcore system off of it
