Mac vs. PC

Mac's are kiddie toys. Get a real computer. Then load Linux on it.
 
If by kiddie toys you mean 100times better. How many viruses do macs get? I know you don't run vista judging from your Linux. Vista sucks, Leapard rulz. Steve Jobs is God. Bill Gates can go punch a baby while he counts his money.
 
I loved the cartoon.

PCs: Gaming or making things look professional. I think this would be the kiddie toy more.

Macs: Anything involving photoshop/movie editing/pictures. Macs are also alot more user friendly.

This is coming from someone that has to use both types on a very daily basis.

The only time that I got to work on a Mac was during my Illustrator and Photoshop classes at college. I want one sooooooooo bad but my Photoshop is for PC. I need to work on my art more before I worry about buying a Mac and gett all the Adobe stuff. Need to prove to myself that I would actually use it.

It's idiotic to tout superior defenses when no one cares to bother attacking you in the first place. Even if Mac's actually had better defenses, I'd still rather have Linux, because that'd be even more secure.

Vista does suck, but then almost no one uses it. PC's are also shitloads cheaper for better hardware, which you can actually upgrade later on if you want. Most of the mac's I've seen are embedded units that you're stuck with until you buy a whole new unit.

Hardware, PC > Mac easily; that's why I said get a PC and then load Linux onto it. Unless you do a lot of photo/video/audio editing; a mac isn't going to give you any benefits that a PC couldn't and you'll be paying more for those universal benefits.
 
My computer runs fast..Just when I afk for 5hrs+ and come back it's slow, but speeds up after 5 mins. D:

Have you run linux? Are the macs you use roughly the same hardware as the PCs?
Is it worth the price difference?

LOL this virus thing is funny, but I'm very happy that way. PCs can have all the viruses they want AND the ones not going to MACs too.

It's really helps MAC users download more pr0n, without the worries. ^^
