Even thou I loved them when my dad took me to see ROTJ in 1983, the Ewoks were the begining of the end for the SW saga... ; ;
LOL That just made me think of DOG, Bounty Hunter. You know that dude from Hawaii that looks like a huge biker type? Pair those two up and you've got an episode of Robot Chicken waiting to happen. :biggrin:
And Neg, I so know what you mean. I remember that cheesy made for TV movie with the Ewoks and the little curly-headed blonde-haired girl and it makes me die a little inside thinking about it. >.<
If it's anything on par with the recent animated series Clone Wars that gave some filler story and was pretty cool, I'm all for it.

Yea, I'm so glad you mentioned Clone Wars. The animators of that series deserve more awards. I will always be amazed at their level of detail and attention to the characters and equipment. Ex: When Anakin was about to battle Asajj Ventress, the moment the rain started the lightsaber threw smoke. That's attention to detail, in comparison with Obi-Wan's battle with Jango in Attack of the Clones where the smoking lightaber was not shown...
This is one of the things I use to discuss with my friends about George Lucas not caring for his franchise anymore.
I'm hoping that won't be the case with the TV series because I love SW so much.
