Was wondering if this is any good for enfeebles? i'm totally confoosed how magic accuracy works and scales against int / mnd and enfeebling skill.

Enfeebling Magic > Magic Accuracy.
For pure accuracy, Magic Accuracy > INT/MND

However, for potency, MND/INT > Enfeebling Magic/Magic Accuracy

As far as I understand it, 2 magic accuracy = 1 skill, or something like that.

Magic accuracy is just like melee accuracy, so as uzor said it's skill > accuracy > int/mnd.

No. Skill/Acc make the spell more likely to land, while INT/MND make the spell more potent.

I meant in terms of actually landing, not potency. I thought that mnd/int contributed to your magical accuracy in the same way that dex contributes to your accuracy.

Same...
Was pretty sure it's like
2int = 1 BLM-spell-based accuracy
2mnd = 1 WHM-spell-based accuracy

Which would actually make alot of RDM JSE worse than Errant...

Most, or at lest me, don't bother with +magic acc gear, because theres better gear that has +enfeebling or int/mnd.
JSE wise gear is soo gimped :/

I have to agree. Especially a RDM with merits in Accuracy and Enfeebling allready the JSE is worhtless. I could possibly maybe be useful on Gods for the chance to land, but your affect on them would likely turn to shit then, so you'd notice little or no difference.

Yaw, I belive thats correct for the most part. I've been told Magic Acc can help make up for a RDM's defficient Elemental skill, but haven't seen it myself, and I can only imagine loosing all that INT in favor of some possible ACC would b more of a detrement to the spells since you also loose the base stat that makes it more potent. MAG ACC also means less if all you nuke for is on MBs since it's very rare to get resisted there.

I personally have seen no need for a chausable or most of the wise set. I suppose it's nice that it has some MP on it and no -hp though.

Sadly, the only peices that increase it by a worthwhile increment are head and body which are both awsome AF peices for RDM.

I wouldn't say that... ParaII procs on gods pretty well once you land it.

all i can say according to a rdm friend :

wise cap > elite beret
chasuble < AF body
chasuble > glamor jupon
elemental Staff or elemental Seal 's magic accuracy > everything
magic accuracy will affect the accuray of elemental, enfeebling and dark spells

so 1 skill < 1 magic accuracy <= 2 skill
If you think that skill is the reference.

Aureole <can i have it> ?
