the guy scammed the gilseller to give him 30-40 stacks of shihei saying that "i will sell them for you @ 8k a stack", because this person was a nice guy... trusted someone and got fuckd in the end

You are trying to elicit sympathy because Nike is notorious for have sweat shops in third-world countries, but you fail to realize the working conditions and pay is better than they could get elsewhere otherwise they would not work there. They are not forced to work there, they have a choice.

How do you think he got the gil to level woodworking to 81? What do you think happens when he sells the gil to some gil buyer who has not earned that gil? Lets make this very clear. Without gil buyers there cannot be gil sellers and the opposite holds true as well. They make a living ruining my game. Whether it means camping NM/HNM 24/7 or crafting, its all the same. They then use that money which IS against ToS to profit themselves. Once some lazy ass buys his/her gil online, they jack up the price of items I would normally be able to buy, but cannot because I can't afford to buy gil.

This directly affects me. I now have to camp against someone who makes a living camping NMs. Thats not fun anymore, its work. A game = work? Or perhaps I should try to make a living crafting but now some gil seller is flooding the market with Shihei, how am I supposed to compete with someone who crafts 24/7? The profit would be negligable at best if I could even get mine to sell with the market completely flooded.

So now why am I supposed to feel sorry? Oh thats right, because someone who makes a living spoiling a game for me got scammed in the same game where he shouldn't even be... Sorry if I don't shed any tears.

hmmm... it may be agenst the ToS... but you know whats funny... even if they admit they sell gil, GMs/SE ect.. dont do shit... you know why? because they cant... its that simple... you know the 800+ ppl they banned, they got unbanned and were allowed to play the game agian... so... really, if there is no punishment for it... i wouldnt say its agenst the ToS... because i talked to a gm, he said i can say "i sell gil, ill sell you 2mil for 20$"... say that to a GM, they'll just ignore you :O

I've always thought gillsellers were nice, I dunno if any of you remember but there was a taru that camped in Ordelles with his group and his name started with an N and one of the people that played on the character was really nice to me, dunno if they still play cause i quit a while ago though.
