He should get tied down and have terminal people pee all over him.

Maybe get R. Kelly to piss on this guy. All we have to do is dress him up like some 15yr. old girl with a shirt that says "GOLDEN SHOWER!?!?! OMGZ PRZ!!!

haha, yeah, I seriously wish that could happen. However we don't have that "Revenge" court thing here, what was that show... erm... Eye for an Eye?

However, old Klingon proverb:

"Revenge is a dish best served cold" as said by Klingon General Chang.

Though nothing could bring that person's dignity back. =(
 
Its a shame the only thing they can do him on is Public Decency though. I would try to push for Negligance as well if I was the prosecuter, due to the fact that he hadnt called any emergency services when he knew this person wasnt right.

And dont say that you wouldnt of known if you were him, because what would be the thing you would do? You would go over and see if their alright i'd hope so he had no excuse not to call.

This is a horrid occurence and were it one of my loved ones I'd be seeking WAY more than justice for dishonoring them in what should be the most tender and sacred moments of life...

My prayers go to the family and just hope that whatever "justice" is dealt is enough to quench whatever thirst they have to have at this bastard.

Though for me personally, I don't know what - if anything could be enough...

It's true. And that's what's so sad. Like this is what the world's coming to. I missed the whole "don't piss on other people" lesson growing up. My parents must've neglected to teach me that and I had to have been absent in school that day. Yet I've never had the urge to squat and whizz on another human being, living or dead, for any reason.

People like this are just... fucking... off in the head. And the reality is that all the community service and rehab and bureaucratic bullshit isn't going to change this kid. In a month, he'll still be getting drunk, high, and doing stupid, repugnant things with his asshole friends. It's horrifying but the world we live in is overrun with sociopaths just like this tool.

Man, I dunno what could posses a person to do this. I could be ripped out of my mind and realize when someone needed to be helped much less to -NOT- pee on someone.
