Manny Ramirez suspended 50 games

This is exactly the larger problem and its what that article you posted earlier in the thread touched on. I have no choice but to think they all did it. And i must compare them to other users and other users injuries. Oh well.

Yup, it sucks. It is what is it though, and the game is headed in the right direction. It's not that much of a worse problem than the NBA went through with 10 years of thugs, rapists, and murderers playing 1 on 1, lol.

And now this stuff pops up.. He is saying the freaking team doctors were instructing the Sox on how to use the PEDs.. Man this is a bad time for baseball.

"Former Red Sox utility man Lou Merloni said Saturday on Comcast's "The Baseball Show" that he remembered a Spring Training meeting in which a doctor explained to players how to use steroids intelligently and without abuse, according to multiple reports."

"It was like teaching your teenage daughter about sex education," Merloni told the newspaper. "The organization acknowledged that there were likely players using steroids, and basically, 'If you're going to use them, this is how you use them so you don't abuse them.'"

Not a Braves fan, but I'm a big Chipper fan... unfortunately he exhibits a lot of the symptoms of a steroid user. (The fact that I think of things like that is the worst part of it all....) The two big ones are the frequency of his injuries, and the huge f'ing head he has, lol.

Not to sure about his head nor his injuries from the standpoint of you guys. I remember a huge hip injury, knee injury, a slew of elbow/wrist injuries, and a single rib cage injury though. As for his head, I've never seen Chipper be a douche bag, but I only follow the sport, not the lives. I've had the honor of meetin' him more than once and he was very pleasant every time. His interviews are always nice as well. I have a feelin' that was in regards to his stance this year on the WBC, which, call me bias, but I agree. The WBC isn't for everybody, especially his kind, the injury prone. If he is indeed a user I'd be even more shocked than I was when the word hit that Rafael Palmeiro has used them, I doubt it to be so though.

The way things are goin' now the only way to be a respectable player not caught in the steroid limelight is to be a sub-par player at best. There is to much pickin' and bullshit goin' on, imo.
