Blue can also provide an AOE cocoon. Recast buffs inbetween mobs, and get a big chunk of tp. You'll have to deal part-time without cocoon, but its manageable.

More than part-time, really. Even with fully merited Diffusion, it's only usable every 15 minutes, and Cocoon itself only lasts for 90 seconds. So even at best you'd only have it 10% of the time (per BLU, I suppose, if you had several). That's one problem with Diffusion - there are some nice buffs you can spread around, but most of them wear off stupidly fast considering Diffusion's own 15, 17.5, or 20 (depending on merits) minute recast.
