So, ok, FOUR FREAKIN TIMES I have actually gotten to the maze to SEE someone CALL FOR HELP on Argus.

I called GMs twice, different people, same LS Hvorak or something like that was the LS name. The two players were Arturieles and Xiangayen (or something liket hat, they were hard to spell) So, I borrow money from my cousin, who, luckily, is a totally uber JP (yes, that's right, I'm half JP) that was a beta tester for both the JP and US releases. He has more money than I think is healthy, and I have sold off practically EVERYTHING that I own except for my NIN tanking gear and hte gear I'm using on DRG right now, to pay him back, I'm still 2.2 mil in the hole ><

Ok, so maybe the peacock charm impulse buy WAS incredibly stupid on my part, but that's not the point. (beside, it is SoOoOo worth it <3 peacock charm)

So, i buy the peacock charm that was on the AH a few days ago. BOTH people that I GMed for calling for help on Argus saw that I bought the charm and GMed ME for being a gil buyer within two hours of each other.

The first GM gave me a warning and quoted a bunch of ToS crap, totally ignoring what i was saying to him. The SECOND GM was in teh process of threatening me with account suspension while I was frantically trying to MSN my cousin for help convincing him that the cash was a loan. Luckily the second GM was a RL friend of his and he was able to smoothe it over for me prety easily.

So yeah, I'm incredibly pissed at these people!!!

OK, i've never been on the recieving end of a GM call before. Do they normally believe everything the accuser says without listening to the person accused? I don't get it! It's like they didn't even look into it before threatening me. I mean, they didn't even really have any proof of anything at all. WTF are they threatening me for. WTF are they even TALKING to me for anything other than asking politely if what they said was true? I have like a totally clean record and these two people had just been GMed for freakin calling for help on the NM that drops what I just bought. Yeah, um, HELLO!!! if I can't get hte drop and I really want it WTF DO YOU THINK I"M GONNA DO, PULL A BATCHEPORU AND STEAL ONE!!!

I'm not sure which I'm pissed off more at, the people that GMed me or the GMs themselves!
 
I'm curious, how did you know it was those two gilsellers who called GMs on you? GMs don't reveal the name the caller, do they? :shock:
 
that charm ain't worth 15 million lol.5 accuracy can't take u that far at all.
 
WSM, it's + 10 accuracy. It's level 33, it's the only neck piece that gives + acc until 53, and it gives the most +acc out of any neck piece in the game, so yeah, it's expensive and for good reason.

Sorry but I find this hard to believe....I know just about everyone of the locals down there and I have not heard of any of this in the last week or two. What days?
 
I agree with vang.. I am very familliar with the Argus hunters myself, and heard nothing of somebody calling for help on argus. Infact, I dont even recognize those two names that you said are "gill sellers"

Furthermore.... why on earth would anyone in thier right mind call for help on Argus?

Smells like bullshit to me....
 
why would gil sellers blow the whistle on someone for buying thier product?
 
Gil sellers don't call GM's. I've mpked a little over 100 times and nothing, not to mention friends who do daily. They already walk a tight rope and they aren't stupid enough to get attention so they may be under the light. They do what they do and take the grief they get from some of us in return. You may want to look at some of your "friends" here.
