Medicated Status.

I'm looking for info on whether or not the following items give you the medicated status and how long it lasts for each of these:

Vile Elixer
Vile Elixer +1
Pro Ether

Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

Those do not give medicated status.

The only Ether that gives Medicated are Hyper Ethers and whatever the MAX-version is. Max-Potion medicates, so the partner Ether should as well.

Wait, Pro-Ether is the Max-version. Nevermind, Pro Medicates. I was thinking it was the X-counterpart.

Elixers don't Medicate though.

Really? I thought the pro-ether also gave medicated status.
 
I did Maat a long time ago, but I remember the elixers medicating but it was so that i could use both of them anyways. Perhaps I remember wrong ;x
 
elixers dont give medicated status but TP-wing thing dose

the status pots give the medicated status also
 
I thought Vile+1 gave medicated. I haven't used one in the longest time though, so not sure.
 
nope Vile and Vile+1 dont give medicated i used them both when i did my maat bcnm

Heh, I think I had one of each for the fight, but only used HiPots. I'm startin to think that is the only time I had one and didn't actually use it. I just remembered people telling me to use the regular Vile Elixer first otherwise I wouldn't be able to use the +1. Oh well, guess those people suck.:nono:
 
Medicated status after a Pro-Ether didn't seem too long last time. A couple of minutes, maybe? I wasn't taking notes, though, and I don't remember if I'd died while medicated. Not sure if that even makes a difference or not.
 
Reason I asked is that I'm doing the airship fight for CoP 6-4 soon and I'm trying to figure out what medicines I'll be able to use and which will keep me from using items for a while afterwards.

I did too. But I'm pretty sure they give medicated status that is overwritten when the +1 or NQ is used after the other one.

maybe that was the medicated from TP-wing tyr ;p
