Mee Deggi You Bastard! /fume

TH really doesn't help the drop rate on o.kotes. Its a 100% drop of one of two items. You either get knuckles or knuckles. lol

I know someone who claimed they were 0/99.

While SE was talking about relic items in an interview I think that this shows their philosophy:

"we also don't think it's a good idea to change drop rates and stuff because of the people who have gone through this and gotten it this way, although we do realize that there are a lot of people who are having trouble because of the one-party reservation system, which makes it difficult. But we can't just go in and raise the drop rates 20-30 percent all at once. We're working on a way to hopefully make a good balance there, but we're always going to be introducing new items and right now we're thinking of new items that will be comparable to those Relic items that you can find and use." I still haven't had VE drop that damn hairpin yet, and I've been camping him off and on since 2004! (I've claimed him well over 30 times, I know that!)

I wouldn't want SE to raise the drop rates of anything. It would really cheapen the experience of getting one, and would screw over those that spent the time to get one. I think Darby was right to make his flame at Mee Deggi (albeit fictitious), and not SE. After all, we all know what we are getting ourselves into everytime we begin playing. Sometimes we triumph, sometimes we fail.

I doubt TH matters on those NMs, since they either drop one thing or the other.

but on Mee.... i camped over a month and easily made over 100k npcing knuckles, but never one Kote dropped....

meh. I felt a bit better finding out some people are like 0/68 0/99 0/100+ On this NM.
There misfortune soothes my pain.
 
I liked pre-nerf Sozu Rogberry numbers the best ; ; i was 0/20+ which is nothing compared to some people.

Most I heard was 0/200+ :omg:
 
Don't get too bummed about not getting the R/Ex. ;P

Might cost a smidge, but time spent farming or having fun doing BCNMs with friends who'll help out or put up an orb for you will net you the real deal which are...

This is why I'd hope to save enough for striders if I ever wanted them, over camping Sim for the loltrotters.

I don't know, I just carry so much stuff in my Moghouse and inventory that I find my space to be very precious and worth the price tag of having the non-ex item.

For some it's just about having an item that serves the function, and that's cool too.

GL on the next camp, or hopes for farming time to pass by quickly so you can snag 'em in a timely fashion!
