Mercenary in Aht

[Zadecle]

Does anyone have the guides to get lvl mercs in quests for higher aht (like corpaol and private)?

Also is there a nice guide out there that can help me and 3 friends go out and farm some nice drops? even if they dont sell I would be interested.
That party consists of: 65 SAm 70 RDm 60 DRk and 56 whm

To get higher in assault ranks you can do 3 things...

A) Get fresh new wins at each staging point for the new rank. This sounds easy but unless you have a good group of people who can cooperate with each other very well, it can get a bit sticky.

B) Do a lot of repeats of previously done lower rank assaults. You know how to do it already so now you can grind your way for a promotion but it will take longer.

C) Do a mixture of both.

I've gotten pretty much all of my promotions by doing C and I'm Corporal.
You all start out as Private Second Class then move on upwards.

The drops at least the good ones in my experiences have been very low.
Maybe 3 good drops out of I don't know how many runs I have done.

Check the ffxicyclopedia (sp?) for the assault mission info ^^
