mets manager canned after win good thing?

I don't care if it was after a winning game, I think he was a horrible manager and he deserved to get fired.
He constantly puts in bad relievers and he puts in delgado(who has been in a slump) or some other new person who just came up from the minors with men on way too much who is having a shitty season when we need a clutch hitter who can drive in some runs.
IMO he should of been fired a long time ago and I hope the Mets can start winning some games with the new management.

Willie might not have been a great manager, but he is one of the best baseball minds out there. I think if he is a third base coach or bench coach or something like that, he really shines. He just couldn't deal with the bullshit that you have to go through as a manager.

On top of being in New York, which is hard enough as it is.
With the talent he has on his team, and after the monumental collapse they had last year on top of the sub-par start to this season, I think the Mets just needed a shakeup. There is no reason a team with players like Reyes, Beltran, Wright, Delgado, Santana, etc. should be this far behind the 8-ball so to speak. Willie is a good manager, and could probably do quality work in a smaller market, just not with the Mets.

He needed to be let go and when he got let go was as good a time as any. The win doesn't matter and most coaches do get fired AFTER a game, not before, or even notified before. I think the slip-ups in the Mets organization, this isn't the first time it has happened... the Mets have a horrible history of lettin' bullshit leak, make his case very unlikable to the people. So right thing to do, yeah, it was due. However, they handled everything about it wrong. No surprise though, the Met's office douches are notorious for bein' shitty business personnel. I feel sorry for him, but not because he got canned. Willie is a great person and had no business bein' treated like he was.

Well by now we clearly see the failure of the Mets has absolutley nothing to do with Willie. They are just an average team. I am willing to face that, are you?
Willie is a great manager. If you look at the stats without blind hatred he is actually one of the best Met managers in history. You can only do so much with the chips you were handed my friends. There are so many issues in the Mets organization they just used Willie as an escape for the time being. His only issue this year was the mentality they took into the year "Last year is in the past" when it is clearly not.
For one... Omar the GM has provided a large amount of OLD players who on top of that have a history of injuries... Omar the GM has provided the Mets with no bench, and a shakey bullpen. Not Willie.
Two... The Mets ownership seem to allow some very concerning things to go on in the organization. This guy Bernazard being so close to players that they never even need to face to face their own manager... Bernazard is a HUGE problem in the Mets future.
