I dunno if anyone has been following this but I've read a few articles recently due to CNN.com being my main page, which helps force me to read the current news.

I find this whole accusation bullshit and I think its extremely wrong, cruel, and unjust of people to try and fuck over Michael Jackson just because he has money and they want it.

Today the brothers who are accusing Jackson say that they dont remember what happened anymore because it was "too long ago." Pray tell, if I had my balls touched by a man and was molested five years later I would still remember the details because they would be haunting me.

Looking at today's society and watching Americans sue the shit out of big corporations really makes me sad because they are trying to screw over other people due to their own failures in life. You have morons who probably dont earn jack shit for money in real life, and go and sue McDonalds because they order Hot Coffee and spilled it on themselves, but blame McDonalds for not telling them the Coffee is hot on the cup. Wow if people were like this, then they must need a label for their right and left hands to make sure they dont get them mixed up, they might sue themselves! Honestly, common-fucking-sense would tell you something steaming and feels warm is PROBABLY HOT?!

Watching Michael Jackson go through all of this is horrible. He is probably one of the most talented singers AND dancers in our time. I for one believe all his plastic surgery ISNT a good thing but him changing his skin color was needed or else he probably would never have been as famous as he would be now. People were not as accepting back then of african-american people as they are now. (This point i made is highly debatable).

Just watching the accusations made against Michael Jackson is sort of far-fetched. Dancing around the room naked and giving them alcohol. Uh-huh... Yeah.... and him masterbating while having one hand down one of the kid's pants. Is it just me or is that retarded... most kids would wake up I sure as hell hope, if something like that was happening to them.

Five years later is a bit long to accuse someone. I'm sure any kid would go home even asking their parents if what happened was right or wrong. You really wouldnt beleive a kid to keep their mouth shut for 5 years would you?

To the kids accusing MJ, I would kill you myself if I was given the opportunity, for trying to ruin a good person's life and encouraging Americans to follow in your footsteps.

But if you notice, all these sudden rape cases, not too long ago with the Catholic priests.

I doubt all of them are true, most people are in this for the money? Why? If you actually study the family backgrounds youd probably notice most people trying to make these claims are average or below average families who are failures in life and accuse others in order to try and earn a buck or two.

I too agree this whole fiasco is bull shit, the mom sued a department store because when she shop lifted the guards "Fondled her". it's total bullshit but it's not like MJ helps the case at all....he's gotten a little weird.

PS: The above statement isn't true...he was pretty Black when he made Thriller and that was the album that turned him into a super star :)
 
BTW...just to be clear..I'm not arguing Michael Jackson's guilt or innocence...only challenging your blanket statements about sexual abuse and types of people it happens to and/or whether or not they report it.

i jus get pretty annoyed lately with all these articles about people sueing this and that. i mean the fact that they realized one brother was speaking bullshit should already discredit the entire case. god :roll:

Well put it this way...

before people knew they could get money from sueing cathloic priests for sexual abuse, where were they all? this is a case of following the flock. One person makes money because it REALLY happens to them, and then another 100 cases show up, of which no doubt some of them are real, but of course on the other hand... a lot of them are such bulllshiiittt.
 
I think the MJ case is bullshit but I don't think a majority of the other cases are.

Men are more foreward with their claims of sexual abuse because in present times society is more accepting of the fact that men can in-fact also be victems. 50 years ago there's a good chance you're father would tell you to "Suck it up and be a man" and not to tell anyone as it may shame his household. That's just not the case anymore...society doesn't shun victems of sexual abuse as much as it used to (not totally...a lot are still looked down upon which is bullshit).

so...you tell the person that it happened to it's bullshit because according to you statistically they're full of it. Have you considered that maybe people started coming forward because they finally found the courage to do so. Or after seeing it was still happening to others their guilt made them step forward in order to put a stop to it. Unless it's happened to you you'll never know what that guilt or shame feels like..even if you KNOW it wasn't your fault. This is such a sensitive issue from both sides....each case needs to be weighed on it's own merits though and not just assumed one way or another.

Considering that he has been being accused of this for over a decade, I'm inclined to think that not all of these accusations are bullshit. While yes, some of the people accusing this of him might be lying, but that certainly doesn't mean that all of them are.

For one of the early accusations (years ago) he paid several MILLION dollars to them as a settlement. You don't pay someone who's lying about you millions to just go away and stay quiet, that's trying to cover a fuck-up you are guilty of.

Either way, I don't really care about this case until a verdict is reached. It's certainly not important enough to keep track of it constantly.
 
I agree with Kiere, btw. Honestly, I can relate to not bringing up any bad childhood memories because it doesn't seem like any good could come out of it years after. And I've known people who are in their 20s who have never ever gone to authorities about sexual abuse as a child. Michael Jackson is obviously guilty of something, and we should focus on the children now not the parents.

the starter of this post is a fuckin retard. if mj molested my kids, i wouldnt ever sue him. you cant sue a dead man. i bury him fast and hard.
this sort of thing has never happened to me but i know some that is has and is a very touchy subject and very hard to bring up after the incident. i hope mj goes to jail. hes a freak and needs to not be in society. its too bad that if he does he wont be put in population so he could get whats commin to him.
